How do you update firmware, I just use the firmware it comes with, is it easy when you know how?
The antennas need to be perpendicular to the drone. You have them running parallel with the ground.
Can it do flips?
I got mine for £129 so good value of Ebay. I will keep testing it today, I think it will improve. I landed it and kept resetting the drone and it went from Low power to about 49% So like others have suggested the APP Algorythm is not reading capacity accurately it kind of Panicks prematurely. I will try a higher capacity battery of Amazon when I can afford it, and see if it improves today. You need a good 20 mins plus in the Air to test Waypoint's and other features.If I get 20 mins of a 4200 mah battery I will consider it a good drone !!! Rob
The Zino is very sensitive to micro SD card speed and this will affect camera and control performance. I recommend a U3 card, and Hubsan recommends formatting to FAT32. The sluggish control performance could be caused by incorrect binding of the controller to the drone. I did not see you do that in your demo. Another common mistake is connecting the phone or tablet via wifi to the drone. The connection is controller to drone via wifi, then cable from phone to controller.
It was a class 10 card but formatted to exfat so will try fat32. I connected my smartphone with the cable.
Hello! Big fan of this channel. I have a problem with my zino. I have updated to the latest flight control but when I try to do a hyperlapse it say to download the latest firmware on Android. On iOS, it says "please update the aircraft image software before using this function". How do I fix this?

I be that feature is reserved for the Zino Pro only, not the standard Zino
I almost pulled the trigger on a Zino, then started following the Fimi X8 because it has optical sensor on the underbelly, 4km greater advertised range, and 10 mins longer flight time. Ordered the X8 yesterday on offer for just $34 more than the Zino. Both are good value for what they offer, but in my opinion the X8 is definitely worth paying just a bit more.

The x8 doesn’t have any optical sensor.
I do NOT Know how to upgrade to latest firmware for remote and drone, it's just too complicated, if someone lives near Warrington and can show me this I would be impressed !!! Logically a higher capacity batt should fit the bill !!! Rob

Ive been looking at drones for a few days now trying to decide how much im comfortable spending on something that could potentially fly away.haha it came down to this and the parrot bebop 2 fpv set. A few years older but from what ive seen still a very reliable drone that can contend with newer drones but everywhere near me is sold out of it so unless they get more stock in the next 2 weeks or so i will most likely settle with the zino

I just got my Hubsan H117s and it flies great! Camera is also very good.
But do you also have the drone fly straight up in the air when the batterij is low? It then just flies 20 meters or so in the air and after 10 seconds it comes back down. I’m guessing it’s the return to home when the battery is low but it scared the shit out of me twice already.
Yes, when the battery reaches 20% (I think) it will start a RTH. There is a set altitude and it’s quite high, so the drone will shoot up to that altitude, face the direction of the home location and proceed. When it reaches its correct location it will descend to its takeoff point, usually within a few feet anyway. The RTH altitude can be adjusted in the app. But, if you make it too low, it may run into objects between you and the drones RTH location.

Hey the d show just wondering if you have experienced any problems with the Hubsan zino drifting or not being able to maintain its height very well. Several other reviewers have said this, although it was roughly 10 months ago and Hubsan has updated the firmware since, does it make a difference?
I didn't no, but I only did a few flight tests I don't have it anymore. I had some people hate for me giving a good review as others gave it a bad review but I personally didn't have that problem with it. Thanks

Is it possible to charge the battery when you are on the road? Planning a roadtrip and I need a drone that I can charge in my car. I know the anafi can.
Not sure how you would do that since it uses a standard wall plug. There might be a way though

I have a problem with signal lost. Sometimes drone lose signal and it's ok, drone starts to come back, signal returns and drone is controllable again. But sometimes transmitter does not connect to drone again at all. Finally drone returns to home, is very close to me, but it is impossible to connect again. Still 'disconnected' info.
Thats strange how far when it disconnects?

@@TheDShow ok, and do you know if every phone works with the hubsan-x app? Because the app shows a list of all smartphones that work with the app, and my phone isn't included, thats why I'm asking.
Most should but its really hard to say for sure...
