Unironically, I think this is actually a very helpful guide in the "(un) helpful" series. It's a very good and simple breakdown and introduction to some of the big name producers in vocaloid. I think especially including bits of their songs and the genres they produce is helpful for newcomers haha. Nice job Minnemi

glad to see a kikuo fan with the same mindset! kikuo has created his own genera it seems, and dabbled in so many other generas that it's hard if not impossible to label him with one. the man uses gamelans in his music for fun. he's amazing
I love Kikuo so much. Every time I think I've heard all his songs I find more! There's an unbelievably wide variety between all his stuff, but he's just one of those producers whose music I can hear and instantly recognize who made it, even if I don't know the song. I feel like MARETU is the same way.

These are the real heroes for making our teen years not dull or boring
I miss wowaka so much. I never realized how important his music was to me until he passed away, and I'm sorry that was the case. During my pre-adolescence I felt very lonely and misunderstood and his music, as well as that of many other composers such as hachi and circusp, was a relief. When I found out about his passing it was as if a part of my identity and part of the world of things that makes me feel safe left with him.
I constantly remember him and as soon as I hear his songs I want to cry, he is the definition of someone who left before his time.
You're not alone btw.

Amazing video, I've been listening to Deco27 for years and didn't even knew how to pronounce his name. Also It would be nice if you include Powapowa-p (siinamota) for the next part, I think his music was very important for the vocaloid comunity and sadly it's not very talked about nowadays.

Proud to have known all the songs and producers here, in my early days of listening to Vocaloid music I really didn't pay much attention to what producers made the music but nowadays with such variation out there I've begun to pay more and more attention to them

Thanks for this, firstly that before knowing your channel i nearly carred of who were the producers, but nowadays i know them and i love and search for almost everyone that i listen, and for the goodies that i will for sure add to my playlist , many songs in here (mainly the ones that were the first songs) i didn't knew that existed.
for part 2 I would include: kemu, cosmo, kira, balloon, nuyuri/nulut, ghost, nayutalien, as well as samfree and shiinamota (may both rest in peace)
you could also make one part dedicated to voca-p who decided to team up with a professional singer to form a duo: ayase/yoasobi, n-buna/yorushika, pusu/tsuyu, misumi/dustcell

As a Pop music lover, Mitchie M is my favorite Vocaloid producer. I'm also getting into Kairiki Bear lately.
kinda sad that White Flame/Kurousa-P doesnt get enough recognition. People know his best work "senbozakura", but not enough people know he has other bangers such as "Kantarella", "jougen no tsuki/cresent moon" and "下弦の月/waning moon(?)"

for other people who, like me, were greatly impacted by wowaka's music, all of the music from his band hitorie is on spotify. it took me a long time to start listening to them because of the impact wowaka's death had on me, but i'm very glad i did. and if you really want to cry, they have a cover of unknown mother goose.
