I can do 10 pull ups, but don't know what should I do to improve. I'm afraid of the injuries as I'm 45. I tried assisted one arm pull ups, but not sure they're safe. I like neutral grip & commando pull ups, haven't really tried weighted pull ups. Thanks for another great video.
