- 6/14/22 We got dumped on by a snowstorm that left us with many inches of wet heavy snow. The day this comes out will be my 3rd day in a row plowing. Of course we go home to sleep, but it's been a long tiring run. Come along with my family and I as we clear snow from driveways and sidewalks. We are plowing in my 2012 ram 2500 regular cab equipped with a hiniker 8.5ft v plow. Using the original snowplow shovels.
It is refreshing to see your family working together, which I believe will be positive for all involved. Thank you.
Thanks for watching. That was a really encouraging comment. We all love working together, and I do my best to make it fun.
I agree with Smirk, cool stuff !!
You’ve got a good wife there. Willing to work and help you out doing her share. Kudos Momma.
She's amazing!!! Thanks for the kind comment!
Good job brother!!! One more!!! One more!!!
Thanks, Frank! I bet you are getting the plowing thing down now as well?
That little spot that you’re doing but he is a big enough that you can just drop the blade and then clear it out
this is my first year snow plowing. i also plow in minnesota. crazy year! but glad im not the only who calls this type of snow 'heart attack snow'.
That's super cool! Where are you located, if you don't mind me asking? Amen to that! It has been a crazy year indeed.
@@bladezllc located in little canada. but i plow from hugo, to kinda over by east side. st. paul, maplewood area. my boss has told me this has been the craziest year in his 20 years of plowing. i say its good practice for me, cuz my head is spinning with all this snow we been having. God has been keeping me safe and has blessed me with this job. i also do lawn care in summer time.
@russianforgod Nice! Only an hour from me then. That's a really nice area. Stay safe out there, and keep up the good work. Things should mellow out here this next month. This has been a tough year all around in the lawn and snow industry.
@@bladezllc hey im always ready. haha be safe out there. God bless
@russianforgod Thanks, buddy! God Bless
If you were going to push it off to the side you should of started from the bottom of the driveway then back drag what's left. 13:50 time stamp. You're packing the snow driving on top of it.
Agreed 💯
Cool music 👍🏼👍🏼
Have you thought about switching to a sno-way v plow with the downforce capabilities? And it's awesome to see you and the family doing this together
We switched to a boss dxt this year. Thanks for the comment 👍
It is nice you take the family out with you
It really works well for us!
If the new dodges are like the old ones you gotta check your trans fluid hot and in neutral on level ground. I run a shovel crew out of Blaine, MN.
Yeah, I believe you are correct. That's awesome, Blaine is right down the road! Thanks for watching
Push up and left before you back drag. Then drag back from garage and push it all once more forward and to the left. You won't drive over and pack down all that snow prior to pushing it. .(14:20ish mark in video)
Yes, I will definitely do that next time! Good call 👍
I like the forward an back view at the same time that an the lil subscribe thing at the beginning is way beyond my editing skills😅 nice vid!
The little subscribe thing is easy to do. I'll show you sometime. Your videos are great regardless👍
We have to deal with that type of snow but usually 6" at a time lol. If and when your able ditch the v blade and get a expandable plow...it will change your life!
I should have bought a western wideout...
Those are nice!
I remember sitting shotgun at 4 years old in my dad's '85 Bronco. It was a blast to be in it when using the plow. I miss that truck, but hopefully I can find one that I can put a plow on in the future.
Edit: I should add that we got away with me sitting shotgun because who would tell the mayor that his son shouldn't sit up front in a massive truck?
Thats awesome. I love the old Ford Bronco. Those were really sweet rides! I bet those were the days.. Thanks for the comment 👍
Yeah that big old snow storm was a blast hope you had fun also from Minnesota
Yeah man! The fun doesn't seem to stop...
It's alright though, good money this December 👌
trying to round subs up for ya, 994, good for you guys. that was some terrible snow to push, that and no base yet makes it tuff. woulda been nice to see a drone going around that dodge up in dunes by st francis river. just sayn :) keep up the good work
Thank you! I used to have a drone. That would have been really cool. Maybe later on down the road, I'll borrow one! Thanks Nate!
Just sub great videos man learning a lot just watching
Thank you! The support means a lot!
real nice i may be plowing next week first time this year ;)
The first time is always a blast! It's fun to iron out the kinks.
@@bladezllc yes true story
Your pretty little wife is a hard worker.
She really is! All year round
2 inches is heart attack snow. Hummmm
It turned out to be more than that. Thanks for the comment!
Wet heavy snow is called that because of the weight when shoveling it especially if you have a large lot. You must have never shoveled before in your life. Good day .

Your profile picture says enough about your comment…
Check the Blade
Great family outing, good jobs, Dodge ??
Thank you! Yeah, we've been running a ram this year.
Ñice job
Thank you!
What camera do you use , gopro or something else ? I'd like to make some short vids for our website
I use 2 gopros to film. My main one is the hero 10 on a flexible clamp mount. I show it half way through the video.
Can you make some snowplowing videos with the straight blade.
Yes, I'll bring bust that out at some point this season.
203 coolant temp is too high
I mean it’s a little hot but nothing to worry about lol
Hey so just a suggestion.. Promote your wife to plow truck driver on the more simpler places I kind of want to see you scoop lol
Yes, she does need to learn how to do it. We tried in a video last year, but yeah, she needs some more time to practice.
Simple answer it's a dodge there's your problem.
Could be...
Must not be a plow guy with that aluminum Ford in your heated garage huh bud.. got a chevy 1500 that fires right up at -30 outside not plugged in to keep the oil warm
@theycallmedonkey6664 I'm a chevy guy...
Are you checking the tranny fluid or the oil and where is your air box cover lol you need to learn how to work the plow
Are you serious, or are you messing with me?
Yes sir I just cashed my hours in Yesterday I've put in a total of 101 hours plowing and salting here in sw wi boss is loving it lmao
Yeah, no kidding! Thats an insane amount of time to put in considering, its all came over a tight period of time. You guys must have got slammed, too!?
@@bladezllc yea definitely but I love working and busting ass I've doubled my bosses business
@aintyourtypicalcracker86 Man, that's awesome! That's really a great attitude to have. Most people don't have that these days.
@@bladezllc yes sir I can't prosper if my boss goes outta business so bust ass and over achieve and that's what's got us staying busy if only kids today had there priorities inline and show some self worth instead of waiting and begging for things to go their way strong backbones built this great nation and the lazy manicured hands are destroying it
@@rooster72886 couldn't agree more! 👌
when i was watching i thought plow over tranny fluid leaking (i use atf in my western) 68rfe does get warm plowing behind my cummins but i put a mishimoto trans thermostat in it and has worked flawlessly my trans gets 135
Hmmm, that's interesting 🤔 thanks for the comment
