yo can you show me how to make my sticky this powerful.... it's at 250k but doesn't do this much damage

And the talent that says "the explosion damage is 40% more powerful when more than one enemy is in its range" something like that.... That's why you see that in this video he takes down multiple people with one sticky when they are together

I was doing this when the game was released too lol, even did it on both open and closed betas
It's so much easier now though with the tactician set, I'm running 189k dps, 84k health, and 41k skillpower with 65% armor mitigation, I run ballistic shield that gives me Heath back when shot at (the shield's health is at 500k when skillpower is reached to around 75k from tacticians bonus), and I run sticky bomb BFB dealing 250k plus 31% enemy armor damage which hits like 500k+ against enemies with armor and I'm around 21% heal on kill, I also have a pistol that has coolheaded which is amazing with BFB so my sticky can cooldown right away if the enemy is bleeding from BFB, making this one of the best tank builds I've seen, would be nice if I had like 120k health, 180k+ dps, 40k+ skillpower, and 65% mitigation lol then I'd be a serious tank that would never go down

If only this could work in high gear level brackets FeelsBadMan. Everytime I meet a skill build person, its just a free win. Tried it myself, and aslong as a sticky bomb wont one shot you are pretty much dead in the water. There is no fine line, its all out or nothing. And even if you go all out, you will most likely get rekt all the time anyways. Much better to heal and give super pulse to your team!

+zipnn Every skill build I run into are crap, but i'm a skill power build too, I do better than a lot of my friends with more traditional builds, we're all DZ99, so just remember most people in the DZ are either not great, or just don't have the same quality gear.
You can also see in the top left it says "DZ bracket: 161+" so yeah :D
I am currently on something like 860 rogue kills and properly 5 times more kills, while I have been a rogue. I have also seen my fair share of people trying skill builds, they just never really have success.
+zipnn I'm agreeing with you, i've never found any skill power builds i've had trouble with, but I know they can be deadly in the right hands, because I find great success with mine. I've had lots of people comment on my build saying they didn't know it could be that good. Also my friends I play with confirm my observations saying they haven't come across a skill power build that gives them anywhere near the same amount of trouble I do.
Most people aren't great at the game or have proper gear, finding anyone who's actually a good player is almost impossible, you're going to find lots of bad players, doesn't mean the build is bad.
Looks really fun to play!
BTW anyone that wants to know get your skill power up to 45k base with sticky bomb dmg and radius attributes on gear and mods....equip the corresponding talents for explosion dmg and you can do this easy.

lol that was awesome! Theres no skill power build in the world that would be able to take me down tho. Skill power builds get dropped quickly. Better not miss!
+Soul Reaper I guess it depends. When i built around my caduces I was throwing stickies every 20sec without the headshot cooldowns. Add the 5.5% per headshot and you can throw a follow up sticky within 10sec if you can aim.

Sticky bomb is one of the easier skill builds because its damage caps at 35k electronics.
Probably because you aren't fully specced into BFB build. If you have the bonus to sticky bomb damage on some of your gear pieces, anything above 35k electronics is wasted. If you go sticky bomb you have to get the damage bonuses otherwise you are just wasting skil power, because without them you have to add much more skill power for a small damage gain.

No it wasn't. It just wasn't in depth. It is easy to cap BFB damage, fact. If you want to nitpick a one line comment be my guest but i wont be wasting any more time on you or it. Anybody who is not a complete idiot would know what i meant.

I've noticed even with 250k damage you will run into a lot of people that don't die from it, I'm working on getting higher skill haste to make the damage caps less taxing.

Not sure if this has been asked already but what is your cooldown timer for your sticky bomb? I was under the impression that 20 seconds is the lowest you can go (with max skill power). How does the +39% skill haste factor into that if there is indeed a cooldown cap of 20s? Also, is your +16% sticky damage on top of the 250K cap for the sticky bomb damage?

Hey is it possible to make a SP build without the new gear sets? My friends left the division and i struggle to do the incursion with randoms, most of the time they dont know what to do, and i'm no pro neither so cant carry them. Anyways i enjoyed this video, keep it up.

Went against a 4 man squad like you in the DZ last night...we went back and forth high skill vs very high DPS...we were equal in killing. They were fucking annoying though. Without the BFB and ultimates they dropped fast.

I'd like to see someone use a skill build to do something other than the one-shot sticky bomb nuke approach. There's actually, imo, even less skill involved with that than melting people with an smg and crit build.
Massive needs to make other skills viable in pvp.
