    ഇത് ഞാൻ പരീക്ഷിച്ചിരുന്നു നല്ല റിസൾട്ട് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു . പ്രോടീൻ കൂടുതൽ ഉള്ള ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ വെള്ളം ചുരുങ്ങിയത് 3 ലിറ്റർ എങ്കിലും ദിവസേനെ കുടിക്കണം ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ കിഡ്‌നി ഫ്യൂസ് ആകും
