I was unsatisfied with my previous attempt, so I updated it with changes here and there, and now I'd say it's a little closer to the original. Unfortunately, I don't have the technical wizardry to make those weird, stretchy, awesome sounds you hear in the original, so this will have to suffice.

Based on the way I wrote the midi by ear (I might be wrong, I'm not good at the whole music theory thing):
Intro / Verse 1 / Verse 3 alternates between [F#/Bm - E] and [Bm - E]
Chorus is [C# - D#m - Fm - F#] (first inversions) - it's pretty much in a different key compared to the rest of the song
Verse 2 / Verse 4 is [D/Bm(?) - E]
