Hello AT men. It is easy to imagine you having plenty of customers. Especially these days. Recently a friend working a mine way up in northern Canada had to replace the tires on a massive Cat loader. A bit bigger than your video tires. The cost here was an unbelievable $12,000 per tire. Insane. So repairing them for a lot more use makes good sense. Good luck!

These tyres are used on earth moving tippers, mainly in quarries where the potential for damage from rocks is enormous. Normally cross-ply rather than radial as the sidewalls are stronger. The cords that run from bead to bead to provide the structural integrity are rayon, not steel. Irrespective of how talented these guys are, there's not a chance I'd rely on those repairs although they probably do work. Speaking from experience in the tyre trade, having had an 11.22.5 x 20 tyre explode three feet from me while inflating it in a cage. I used to work for Dunlop, manufacturing tyres, Firestone selling them, and ATS fitting and repairing them. Had the British Coal contract for the tyres on machines that were operating underground a d they used to suffer major damage regularly. Couldn't risk any tricky repairs due to the risk of underground explosions.

Throw a tube in it and you're all set. Wish I knew what materials to buy - I've got a loader tire (paid $800 for the loader, the tire is $650+) that could use a quality patch. Right now I'm just keeping my eyes on the local auctions and tire shops hoping someone replaces a halfway decent 14.00-24
Super bro ❤❤
How would you like to arrive here to work every morning and realize this is your lot in life.
Excellent.....if ya got a knack for doing it and a little self-worth, why not!
Very good 👍👍👍👍
would love to see it on the machine and working ,,,, still they have plenty of them to do , so either they work well and they are the boys to see ,,, or no one else will touch them ,,,
That tire had a patch BOLTED to it! These fools are crazy!
Impressive work.
