Step 1 to surviving long.... GET REGROW.
Just a few stages of regrow before going into health and especially speed helps a lot.
(I know it's been said already, but this is partially a joke)

in the earlier game rounds, to deal with dart monkeys change between moving left and right very quickly because that will trick them into missing
@@gabrielgomes242 i noticed that with some good timing when you see the throw animation, you can juke them by moving backwards on the track a bit.
They do try to predict where you're going so a sudden direction change does cause them to miss
No get speed and health THEN regrow

In my opinion, park path is the hardest map. It is by far the longest map and one of the few maps with almost no obstacles.

I agree with you wholeheartedly. Park path is the longest map in the game as well as the fact that it has no obstacles to protect you, making it the most difficult one.
Me personally Park Path seems the hardest because it can sinergize with Tack shooter and The Infamous Ice Monkey Arctic wind and the map is generally long.

park path has got to be the hardest map. it is super long, with no places to hide from towers and regrow, and much more track that towers can cover (the track is super close together) also easy to get hit by ice monkeys and planes bacically have global range
So the hardest map is park path because there are no obstacles to help you out and it’s also really really long plus, on the long turns, ice monkeys have an advantage
2:56 park path as there is nothing blocking sun rays and it is the longest map meaning many towers could get many shots on you
I agree with your judgement of the hardest map, park path is extremely long making it harder to deal with sun temples/gods/avatars, as well as aces. Also some tight corners for ice monekys so yay!... It's also very open giving you no chance to regrow or avoid temple/sun god/avatars

Park path is hardest. But I don’t think corn field is the easiest. Smaller area so towers are closer together and less chance for a bad placement. Also corn makes it harder to see darts and tacks.
In my opinion the hardest map is park path since it the longest map in the game and its in the open so the boss can easly fire at you and you dont have any cover.
Challenge idea, you're not allowed to upgrade to a certain tier of Bloon until it can appear naturally, no blue until round 3, no green until round 6, yellow at 11, ect.

I feel like the hardest map depends on the easiest map in the og game, for example cornfield is absolute hell in btd6 but here it's a cakewalk because the monkeys have less spots to spawn in
Hedge can actually cause a challenge because if a bomb shooter spawns between the paths inside the hedge lane then it doesn’t need to hit you, it only needs to hit close to you because the hedges are solids and can hit the hedges to damage you
parked path is def the hardest because it has no spots so you can cover
Not sure if super monkey’s Ultravision can bypass obstacles (due to Monkey Knowledge in BTD6), but if it does, then it’ll be extremely difficult to dodge.
For this game i would after a while just bomb rush regrow and speed.
You will get outscaled hard on health anyway. If it takes you like 15 seconds to complete a run then every point in regrow is basically 3 hp over the full run
I think Corn Fleid is the easiest map cuz its short, park path is the longest, so it would be park path, the hardest map

What a coincidence i also managed to go far but those well placed Super Monkey spots and to extend darts are really messing me up.
Like you can get screwed over by RNG sometimes
if the map longer the monkeys need to more spread to attack you and you can regen in more space
park path is probably the hardest. No cover and is SUPER long.
In my opinion, the monkey meadow map is the easiest one in endless mode because u can go shortcut not to be fully run the whole map
I got a Moab in round 10 with the 10.0 speed so It's pretty save I guess
The game should be update more to support some weak devices due to the lag

Even tho nobody cares I got into your channel after I saw you in ryan's (tewtiy's) video after I was watching game developing videos (because im working on a game) I ran into that game developer who made this bloons game (also btd battles was my childhood) and in my recommended I saw you and because I remembered you from tewtiy's channel and you made the video after like 2 hours and it was great (also I have not watched tewtiy's bloons but you are the bloon videos because he just copies your challenges and you make them fast but great so thank you and do not tell ryan (tewtiy) im still a huge fan)

Town center is a very short map if you take shortcuts and it has houses you can hide behind

Park Path is 100% the hardest map, as it is the longest and most open map in the game!
There should be a lunatic mode where at round 50 it adds a vengeful temple. Would be the TSG but the blades shoot faster, main attack does even more damage, and 5 vengeful avatars (same thing as normal avatars, maybe more damage or attack speed but I think it would be hard enough as is) would spawn around the map.
Too hard, in-fact, probably impossible. Also: It should be called "Impoppable", not "Lunatic".
@@AndyGun11 I agree with the name change (I am used to Fire Emblem difficulty names) and I think it would be possible but extremely difficult, like how some map/elite boss combos can be almost impossible powerless, like the lych we had a while back. But I am no game dev and I doubt you are, in the end if something like this were to be added it would be up to the creator how hard it would be. I just like the idea of bringing in the vengeful temple as the boss designed to be excruciatingly hard and definitely unfair but just barely beatable, and I like the idea of bringing in the TSG mini avatars as well from magic sacs. Also you should be able to buy Moab skins and bloon cosmetics using bloon bucks instead of monkey money or something, obtained just by playing the game and beating levels.

i dont think you really understand how op the moab health is, who cares if you're slow, it's 25 hp for dirt cheap early. After u get popped down u get ur speed back anyways which it seems you're forgetting
Insane challenge: beat the normal mode but you Can only upgrade Moab health (to be fair you Can start upgrading até round 5)

It took you 11 minutes into the video to realize that every other upgrade is now more expensive and many times less useful than the Moab layer upgrade.

currently the scaling seems to be double damage every 20 rounds or so from base damage for monkeys but tbh past 100 rounds its just upgrade health and speed until you get bored and go play another game, im going to do some testing though and see for sure the damage amount since every 20 rounds it spikes untill you get past 200 and everything seems the same since you get so much hp and speed

@@zhiqiangchen6235 ah ok thank you, currently making a vid on making it to round 300-500 and I’m on round 116 rn, wierd how it felt like jumps every 20 rounds but could just be more plasmas spawning, just scary since I only have 1 more life since I died a lot r44 which also forced me to upgrade Moab early but should be set now since I got 875 Moab health and 74.5 speed on r 124
aw dammit died 195 since i got caught on a corner right by 3 sun avatars and a few plasmas, got obliterated even with 1825 hp, at further rounds you can barely see and 96 speed is crazy so its more player error than towers killing you

I know this isn't a rags to riches vid but there are a lot of people who seem to be coming to btdb2 from btd6 and using btd6 strats that aren't viable in btdb2 (i.e. druid middle path [no extra vines])
edit: forgor to explain what I wanted basically could you, Boltrix, explain to people strats other than dartling farm ice that are/aren't viable?

Well, Brian did forget 1 thing. Free play ramping ramping. So just make it so that every 20 rounds the damage increase is doubled, then tripled etc r60+20 r80+60 r100+140 r120+300 r140+620. Now good luck when everything one shots you past round 100
Also there is this cool thing called knock back resistance. So you know, add something that knocks you back more and more every round with out all the speed required. R75:25& kB every 10 sec r100 45& kB every 8 seconds R125:75&kb every 6 seconds R150:90&kb every 5 seconds R175 100& knockback every 3 seconds and -round number/100 then rounded every furthur round.
