Thank you for your help...Can you only use "ninja" bakeware? I have the Ninja Foodi Smart Grill 5, but couldn't find anything for baking, even though that is a feature.
Look through your kitchen cabinets to see what fits before purchasing any cookware. Think I did brownies and cornbread in the Grill-should be some old videos. Thanks C Bella!
@@pressurecrisp I made Ghirardelli brownies for dessert tonight, adding walnuts, and following your suggestions - WOW! they were amazing. Thanks! Have you made Rhodes frozen cinnamon buns?
Ok, I found my pan answer only after reading several comments though. You supplied a different link above in your description to a different pan. The link above shows a 7x3 cheesecake pan, but the link you provided in one of your comments is for the solid 8x3 cake pan. I've made several purchases on pans and stuff from a link to find out it wasn't the one I wanted used in the video. Not sure if anyone else has done this. I'm just glad I found the right pan to order. May I suggest though that you change your link above for the fat daddio pan. Thanks, still loving and enjoying your videos.
Can you cook using the heatproof silicone mould in a ninja to cook brownies or cakes? Can you also cook cupcake sized brownies or bars such as oat biscuit bars etc.
Thank You for the video. can you tell me if that brownie was still soft after it fully cooled. that cooking time is almost twice what it is in an oven. I enjoy Your demos
Denise Spigner thanks! It was the larger size of fudge brownie mix the 18.3 ounce package so it made a thicker brownie. I baked it for 32 minutes. The brownie was moist and soft. I did pick up the smaller fudge brownie mix but haven’t made them yet. Since it is a smaller package it would require less cooking time. Hope this answers your question.
Denise Spigner pay attention to your baking temperature. The Ninja Foodi is like a convention oven , you want to decrease your baking temperature by 25 degrees. If it calls for 350 you want to bake it at 325. If the top browns up too much you can cover with foil just poke some holes in foil and make sure it is tucked under pan. You do not want the foil to get sucked up by the fan. I had this happen with parchment paper.
Thank You for all the tips. I appreciate that you cook food from scratch, not from a frozen food bag only. You also cut into the finished product and taste it on camera. Thank You again. Happy New Year!
I have the 6.5 Qt. and the 8 Qt. Here is a link to Ninja kitchen www.ninjakitchen.com/parts-and-accessories/product-results/2668/ninja-foodi-5-qt-7-in-1-compact-pressure-cooker-and-air-fryer/ These are the accessories and trivett thingy-lol. Thanks jan!
Yes you can- lower the temp and you may have to cover with foil ic if gets too dark. Or bake in two pans. The issue with cakes is the center will peak as well as take longer to cook in the center. You could use a cake decorators nail and place that in the center to help the center cook.
Love your videos. Can I make a Duncan Hines Devils food cake mix in this pan as well? Cake mix is 15.25oz, but more liquid. Also did you use the exact ingredients on the box of brownies? I don't have a box in my cupboard right now to check. Thank You. Did you use the 7x3" cake pan or the 8x3"? The pan on your link below looks different then the one you used for this video,
Three boxes. THREE boxes of brownie mix to test this and I did it the same way every time. And still it didn’t cook completely in the middle. Preheat....put it in, up it to 32.... nothing. Lol.
Pressure Crisp, the 1$ Betty Crocker small size pouches to start, and then I did a regular box of mix. 7” springform pan. Now I did it in 2 mini Bundt cake pans, and they came out beautifully. In the springform pan? It rose tall like a cake.
@@ChickenTaquillaTaco The brownie will peak a little in the center . Is it the Betty Crocker 8 x8 size pouch? I get out of work at 10 PM tonight-I'll se how I feel when I get hoe and may bake on in the Ninja Foodi. If so I'll post the results in the comments.
Purchased it on Amazon. Its a Fat Daddies' 8 x 3 pan Here is the link. I will make a small commission if you purchase through my link. FYI. amzn.to/2LiIZOF
Let me know how it comes out. I purchased a smaller mix to try, it’s the mix for 8x8 pan so it should cook quicker. Won’t do a video but will post on Facebook group- Pressurecrisp
I just made the brownies and they were perfect! Thank you so much for your hard work in perfecting it! Absolutely delecious!
thank you!
I made the 12 oz box of the sugar free brownie mix for 23 minutes and it was AMAZING! Thank you so much for your recipes.
I'm glad they came out for you. Some viewers are having trouble making the brownies but I'm so happy! thanks Sheleabow!
Short on time in the kitchen just use a box brownie mix and you will have delicious brownies baking your Ninja Foodi!
Very nice. Pls we’re did you buy your pan.
Any local dollar store has them
I don't have a pan big enough for the brownies. Can I just dump the mix in my air fryer pot?
Great video and explanation.
