How to cook GOURMET BANGUS in olive oil for business. Pang negosyo recipe by Will Chimplee

- Sharing my recipe and procedure of Gourmet Bangus in pure olive oil for business.
Ingredients;
3 kilograms of fresh bangus
2 carrots
about 1 cup of olives
lots of garlic
pepper
dried bay leaves
4-5 tbsp of soy sauce
4-5 tbsp of oyster sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of salt
half cup of water
olive oil
(all the ingredients must be submerge in oil)
Arrange bangus, garlic, olives and carrot in the pressure cooker, add all the other ingredients and oil. Set high fire and let it boil, set medium fire and cook for 1 and half hour.

Thanks for sharing. Meron lang akong konting correction. Ang "sardines" ay uri or klase ng isda, "tunsoy" sa Tagalog, "tamban" sa bisaya. Ang isdang ito ay malapad ay may mga kaliskis. Karamihan sa mga delata na may tomato sauce ay "sardines." Meron ding "mackerel" na kapamilya ng galungong at yang niluto mong bangus. So, ang sardines ay name ng isda at hindi name or style ng pagluluto. Kung "spanish style sardines" ibig sabihin pareho ang style sa pagluluto mo pero ang isda ay "sardines" or "tamban or tunsoy."

ganun pala technique sa spanish sardine. pero sa akin kasi lagi roasted ang pinaka ibaba na sardines. try ko ulit ito. high heat then after the pressure starts to whistle switch to low heat. your show is very informative and helpful like me. keep on cooking. and i'll keep on watching!

Or you can cook it in the ordinary kaldero if you want to cook sa kahoy or uling .

Or you can just cooked in the jars inside the pressure cooker and that way it get sealed and gets preserved for a long time.
When you cook it in the jars, do I have to put the jar lid to close it or just the glass jars with Bangus inside?

What she did is kind of a shortcut for "canning" Fish and/or vegetables, which will be good and safe to eat for at least 3 months at the most
The correct way of preserving food (whether meat, fish or vegetables is by "canning", which you have described.
In "canning", the raw food are placed in jars and cooked in a pressure cooker and "vacuum-sealed" at the same time, which PRESERVES the food for at least 2-3 years.
Cooking first the fish, etc., and placing them in JARS only seal them but don't PRESERVE in the true sense of the word PRESERVE. That is why they have a "short shelf life".

As I watched the video I noticed that after putting it in the jars, though sealed after closing it seems that it is not vacuum sealed. I do some canning here using Salmon and sometimes bangus also but I am using mason canning jars and the bottles are vacuum sealed after canning and the shelf life is longer as long as the safety button is not popping up. Your process looks fine and looks delicious too. Thank you for sharing your ideas..
Now we do canning narin po dahil dumadami na ang demand. May I know the shelf life when you vacuum sealed the jars as well?

aqo rin.... may dugo pa sa spinal yung bangus nya...
Langsa ang tiyan ng bangus mo. Dapat linisan yong black layer at dugo sa spinal.
