- Forbidden relationships in the Warrior Cats books don't always have to be bad! Here are my personal interpretations on three forbidden relationship that I actually liked.

I could see crow and leaf leaving the clans once they reach 7 years old. Because they be rear warrior cat retirement. That would be their best chance to leave the clans once their responsibility is over and done.

I don’t technically count Jayfeather and Half Moon as a forbidden romance? Like, it is when you throw in Jayfeather, but it’s time travel as well as reincarnation; so as a result, if we completely forget all that and look at is as just *Jay’s Wing* and Half Moon, considering neither of them are medicine cats, it would work. But then Jayfeather arrives and the whole thing becomes confusing.
Right, something that bothers me with this is how she knew Jay's Wing before and remembered him after, but he seemed to have disappeared when Jayfeather stopped the time travel or whatever it was. Makes me feel real bad for Half Moon but Idk how to get into all that confusion to fix it for her anyway rip
But Half Moon becomes the Stoneteller and they don't have mates, I think.

The fact that dovewing actually did something about her relationship when she found out she was having kits is fairly significant in my opinion.
If you think about all the other forbidden romances involving kits, Bluestar and Leafpool gave away their kits because their clan was more important to them, and it looked silverstream was just planning to raise her kits in riverclan and keep meeting graystripe secretly. When dovewing found out she was pregnant, she knew her kits wouldn't be accepted, so she left to find somewhere where she could raise them in peace, and when tigerheart convinced her to come back to the clans, she was willing to leave everything she'd ever known to keep her family together.
The fact that she actually did something about her situation instead of agonizing about it for several books makes TigerDove the best forbidden pairing in my opinion. (LeafCrow is second because Leafpool almost went through with her plan, but didn't quite get there)
I think Silverstream was actually planning on trying to join ThunderClan. If I remember what happened in Leopardstar’s Honor correctly, that is.

I think they were really cute but sadly we didn't see so much of them.
I also liked Moth Flight and Micah, but I don't think that is really forbidden.
I'd love to know more about them since they're the reason why the first rule of the warrior code were existed.

Ahornschwinge WaCa du musst dich doch erinnern, dass Mottenflugs Vision extrem schlecht geschrieben war? (Ich meine die Deutsche Übersetzung). Außerdem finde ich es sehr unrealistisch das Mottenflug dann ihren Jungen hergibt ohne wirklich sie zu vermissen. Noch dazu hat es mich als WaCa Fan sehr frustriert das in der Übersetzung Wörter wie "Babysitten" virkommen. Hallo ???!!! Das sind Wörter die nicht in ein Warrior Cats Buch gehören. Da könnte man gleich Winter statt Blattleere usw. schreiben
Aber von der Geschichte (Plot) wäre das ja ein sehr Interessanter Abschnitt der Entstehung der Clans.

Deshalb lese ich die Bücher jetzt auch auf Englisch.

@@francisthompson3772 I used to hate him. UNTIL Tigerheart's shadow. Now I only mildy dislike him. Not the pairing, the character. Also I really hate the BumblexDove pairng because it is creepily similar to something happening right now to mine and my sister's friend.
Finleap was a pretty big jerk too at one point but at least he realized his mistake and apologized

Because then they'd forever be one clan so it technically won't be half clan since they are now in the same clan.
He’s making an example out of them to show what happens to those who defy him, and since they’re technically against the rules he can use that to vaguely justify it, while also getting to live out his own bigoted grudges, is my interpretation
He's also a thunderclan cat in shadowclan so how does that make sense.

They were asked by MAP hoster to redo the part in which they traced my art and as of now they didn't post anything, so I'm hoping they won't do that again

Tbh, I didn’t get enough of Silverstream, to actually be sad when she died, she felt like she was there to have something going on for 2 books for filler, but when she died, I was kinda just like “ehhh” cause i had only read about her like 5 times unless it was just Fireheart getting pissed that Graystripe ran off with her again

That would’ve been a n interesting plot, and I would’ve wanted to see how Leafpool and Crowfeather would’ve run away together to become loners and how they would’ve lived. I would’ve loved to see them have their own mangas detailing their experiences after running away from everything (and everyone) that they have ever known just to be together. I think that would’ve made for a satisfying ending to their story.

Cats from different Clans producing kittens helps the gene pool stay fresh. I also never understood why the Clans separated at the end of their journey from their old territory. All the Clans uniting I think would have been great. Or at least split into two instead of four. I always had a bit of a hard time keeping up with all four Clans.
To be honest, the Lionblaze and Heathertail relationship is very forgettable in my opinion. After Dark River, I almost completely forgot about Lion x Heather until a couple books later when the Erin's shove it down our throats. That's why it's my least favorite forbidden romance. In Bluestar's Prophecy, Bluefur is expecting Oakheart's kits after they spent just one night together. Which means that Oakheart was sly and deliberately screwed over her chances of being deputy. So, yeah, I'm not that trusting of Oakheart. Jayfeather and Half Moon was just lazily written. Raggedstar was a total jerk to Yellowfang. Some Mothpool shippers completely demonitize Crowfeather(not ALL Mothpool fans do this, just some, and I'm not pointing fingers or have anything against gay ships) Leafpool and Crowfeather just ruined Crowfeather until his Super Edition.

I fail to see how Oakheart deliberately ruined her chances of becoming deputy,it's not like he forced her to stay with him that night,I don't know much about Tigerheart and Dovewing because I haven't gotten to read those books yet,and I also liked Crow x Leaf before the super edition,I haven't read Yellowfangs secret so I cant say much about that,and I also haven't gotten to the part with Jay x Half

I actually was in a relationship with a “bad boy”. He hung out with that group and acted different around his friends, but not in a bad way. All my friends, from band to my inner circle, they all told me to break up with him. I refused each time and it wasn’t until a few weeks after the pestering reached its peak that I had a small party and invited a few people, including him. Away from his friends, they got to see him as the sweet guy I know and love. So yeah, there isn’t a distinct line between bad and good boys, it is perspective

I really enjoy tigerxdove after reading his super edition. Like I fell in love with both of the characters. And Leafpools is such a relatable character imo. She shows that not everyone is perfect and everyone has certain needs. Leafpools is great

I’d like to point out that with Leafpool and Crowfeather when Leafpool went back to thunderclan it was in ruins after the badger attack. And now with thunderclan having no medicine cat with the death of Cinderpelt. Leafpool wanted to stay with Crowfeather, but knew she couldn’t leave her home in the state that it was in. And Crowfeather knew that too. So in a sense it wasn’t Leafpool choosing her clan over love but her needing to be there as a medicine cat for her clan and her home and Crowfeather knowing that too and making the sacrifice to break up their relationship for the good of Leafpool knowing that she was meant to be there instead of with him. It’s really bittersweet, and just shows how much thought the Erin’s put into this. At least that’s how I thought of their love story.

I'm actually very happy Dovewing and Tigerheart got together. On one hand, she would have been just fine on her own, but I love that they're one of the only forbidden romances to actually work out in the end. All others either ended in death or a break up and depressed unwanted children separated from one or both parents.
Plus I never really saw Tigerheart as a bad dude? It's been a while since I read OotS, but I could've sworn he didn't intentionally use Dovewing to get the herbs? I thought she just happened to mention them at a time when Shadowclan was sick and dying and he had to make the choice of letting his clan die, or risk it and get the herbs to save them all.
As for the Dark Forest training, I thought he and one of the Erin's mentioned he was only spying? Either way he flipped sides at the end and fought to protect the clans.
I dunno. He just never came off as a jerk to me. (Ignoring the fact that he was a jerk to the other clans in the final book of AVoS. But he was still really sweet to Dovewing and their kits, and did bring up valid points about the unfairness of Shadowclan being the only one's to give up territory, so I'll defend him there.)

All young cats in current thunderclan are distantly related, they need forbidden relationships. Even then, Dovewing and Tigerheart are distantly related through golden flower and lionheart.

U wanna know what a real nice guy looks like? Thrushpelt, unlike he was in love with blue star then when he found out blue star had kits with another cat that was probably from another clan what did he do? Instead of telling or being mean he did the opposite, he helped pretend to be the father and care for the kits, and he never even asked who the father was, now that’s a good cat

In all honesty, my all time favorite forbidden romance is TigerheartxDovewing, and not just because they're the first one I read about (the first story arc I read was Omen of the Stars). It's more because I get a KovuxKiara vibe from them (which is pretty much the good girl and bad boy scenario as well).

Basically, forcing kits is a thing I see Bumble doing, and then being majorly controlling and continuing to manipulate Dovewing’s loved ones as you explained in that one video in order to keep her in line and away from the mate she wishes she could have.

In my opinion cat relationship between other clans is okay. It doesn't matter if he or she is kittypet, half-clan or whatever. Because there all cats one and same. Just with different cultures and teachings.
But when the drama, secrets and warrior code is into the picture and out in the open for all the clans to see. It will cause others clan warriors to treat half-clan cats differently and with a lack of respect.

Graystripe and Silverstream’s affair was just STUPID. Graystripe knew it was against the warrior-code, and Fireheart knew that it was wrong. But Graystripe STILL WENT TO SEE SILVERSTREAM!!!!

Love can drive anyone to do something like this. It's hard to pull away. Sure they broke the code but can it be helped? Pretty much all the clans broke the code. from crossing borders to falling in love with the wrong cat. Some rules are just meant to be broken.

Wow Missy Dakota’s Heathertail drawing is super pretty. Anyway, I feel like forbidden love is a hit-or-miss situation. Sometimes it is completely fine and actually works out for the best. It also sometimes teaches the characters about being focused and thinking about life choices. (LeafpoolxCrowfeather LionpawxHeatherpaw.) It also makes some characters seem like actual idiots because there were perfectly good cats back in the Clan they LIVE IN.(DovexTiger BluexOak) And I’m not gonna even try to defend Alderheart’s. I mean it’s dumb, really dumb. So there is my opinion on forbidden love, my message for the Erins about this is to rethink your stories before you publish the books. Sorry this is a bit lengthy but I just wanted to write this out. Akira! So close to 30k!!

I like both ideas actually. I’m more a Jay’s Wing and Half Moon guy (I’m sorry, but I really get annoyed when people use Jayfeather), but if the Hunters ever decide that there needs to be another ThunderClan medicine cat forbidden love thing (man those last two pages of River of Fire) then if it’s ever revealed that Jayfeather and Briarlight was a thing, I’m fine with that. 🤷🏼♂️
