That is great! I agree they're so much fun to do. Are you using glass or ceramic bowls for your molds-if you will? I know a lot of crafters use plastic, like milk cartons and such. Thank you, Camille! I'm hoping to get the next video up this evening.
@@stephaniehopkinsartist I use glass bowls mostly and using clear plastic wrap! I tried it over a plastic bottle but it was so hard to fit it separated so I’ll never do that again!!! Just subscribed to your channel today cause today was the first time I saw your video!! I knew you were right up my alley!! Will continue watching a lot!!!🤗
With things like this i dont see the wrinkles as a problem, i see them as a design element. I love the wrinkles!!! But i also like my cotton and linen dresses naturally wrinkled. Sooooo what do I know?! Lol ❤
I think I might try this over a rectangular storage bin thingy. I wonder how much integrity it would have. Probably would need a few layers. I love these Stephanie. The pretty watercolor looking stuff looks like gauze?
That would be lovely! Maybe at least three layers depending on the thickness of fabric. So glad you love them! Can't wait to share more videos on them. It does look like gauze. It almost feels like a cross between cotton and linen but not tightly woven. It is an interesting texture. If that's the same fabric you're talking about. Lol
I guess I'm about ready to start one of these, but my plastic wrap is really bunchy. I'm wondering if there are tips for making it more smooth. Perhaps in pieces, eh?
Awesome bowls!! Boxes sound fun too. Hugs ❤
Thank you, Debbie! I'm glad you like them. Can't wait to get started on the boxes! ❤️
OHMYGOSH, these bowls are so cool!
@@JeriBellini Thank you!!! They're so much fun to make! So many ideas... Jeri, yours would be awesome!
really lovely will be having ago ❤
Awesome!! Will have more videos on this series soon. A few things to cover about removing the fabric bowl from the glass or ceramic bowl.
I just can't stand that I can't do this right now!! But I'm already thinking of my fabric options. Just love watching you, Miss Stephanie!
I hope you're doing okay?
The cottons are working great. Better than the thinner ones but it is fun to mix it up and experiment.
Thank you! Hugs!
I just started doing these bowls cause they are so fun to do. I really liked your video!!!🤗

So true! They really don't both me. Lol
Love cotton and linen clothes.
I really like the look of the "ruffled" edges. I guess they wouldn't be as durable but they look cool.

Durable is in the eye of the beholder...lol

@@mgailqster mine gets bunchy as well. I just try to wrap it tight as I can and smooth it out as much as it will.
lol, you are tonight's rabbit hole
