This is absolutely exceptional. It’s ALWAYS about the rotational ability of the player, not weight behind the ball.
Would you coach a 100lb college softball player Ichiros tape or Mark McGwires.
Thanks!
Great information. The facility looks awesome. How many hitting/pitching lanes do you have in there?
Thank you! We have 4, but they are very wide and long so we can separate them in half and make 8 hitting stations
Hi I love your videos , is there any way to access more information that you put out. Thanks Gary
Thanks! We have our RUclips videos and also have three courses. You can check out our courses by looking in the description of our RUclips videos. All the links are there. Thank you!
They are coaching my 12u daughter to shift forward and hit down on the ball
Unless she's a slapper that seems dumb 🤷♂
There are multiple reasons to swing down TY COBB taught to swing down, Ichiro swung down, the thing they have in common is SPEED, at her age, I am guessing that she is smaller than most girls on the team, a good coach will try and do everything they can to put the player in the best position with the skill they possess already, if she doesn't have the power to drive the ball out of the park at her age, no need to teach them long fly balls. Also this drill is designed for her to add distance, this is not what they would have taught her from DAY 1, this was a drill to change her existing swing and add distance.
@@davidsavage2158 makes sense. Better chance hitting a line drive and get on base than pop fly all day long.
@@dholler80 From the video it shows she is in college and her swing is LEGIT so she probably is looking to add that extra pop.
