Very nice. Your work is amazing. And the bench work is pure ingenious craftsmanship. Mimics how my dad built projects. Meticulous and it shows. My very 1st train was American flyer inner and outer roadbed ovals connected by 4 turnouts. 1 diesel switcher and 1 steam switcher. Sold it in 1967 to purchase a go-kart!!! I Wish my parents stopped me... I now run and collect Lionel and a few K-line rolling stock.
Fun assortment of vintage American Flyer S and the more contemporary S product. Looks like a great deal of fun to operate and it is entertaining to watch. I would enjoy visiting.
VERY nice ! I'm sure that everything about the layout design was easier to complete since the house was built up around the layout. Great idea for what I would call a "door" to open to get into the middle area. No crawling under the table. Nice engines and rolling stock. As of my comment date of 5/26/22, 6,219 views, 81 thumbs up, and only 9 comments ? ? ? I do not understand how all of the viewers can watch this video, not give it a thumbs up, and only leave 9 comments. Must be some kind of mental illness.
No. I completely understand lol If you look closely you'll see original gilbert mixed with the new stuff. This is exactly what I would love to do and see for my s scale stuff.
Did you have a pro builder do most of that? I have no house or even know how to build anything. Have no tools to do anything anyway. Love in a dinky apt so no room or anyway to move big item in here. I just collect and box everything up.
I LOVE the way you designed the hinged lift-up section, looks very well engineered!
Great layout.I love the length of the train.

That's a very nice, well thought out and executed layout.
Ever see Paint Your Wagon? Their town was called "No Name City". I thought of that when you said "My town---which has no name".
Absolutely amazing!!!!!
We should do lunch. I like your wall art, American Flyer and Coleman lanterns.
Look pretty darn good.l want to see more American Flyer Trains tho.
Great job!!! Thanks for sharing this.
It is really great seeing an S scale layout that does not look like an S scale layout.
I am not sure if that makes any sense.

Outstanding !! HooAH !!!
Alkl the scenery and die cast other thana the train is 1/64 scale I assume?
I Love layouts That are huge.
Inspiring and interesting
What track system are you using?
Terrific layout... how do you keep the entire layout clean from dust?
Vacuuming it?
Nice, congratulations, love the long scale speeds, do you own and operate vintage Gilbert American Flyer?
No
Very nice vidio
No varnish?

Don’t be concerned about starting small. A 4’ x 6’ loop can slide under a bed!!!
I am not a hater but.
But less talking
What kind of track are you using?
