Very simple to put together. Also as it doesn’t store well I think it would work really well as a pudding. Warm a slice in the microwave or air fryer and add custard. Perfect autumn pudding xx

Was a great cake BUT definitely one to eat on the day as it doesn’t keep well. Good if you have family or friends coming round.
