Thanks so much for sharing some of the useful chrome extensions. I really find it very helpful tool in teaching. I find almost all of your tutorials awesome.
@@EZEdTech no. My address bar is so tiny now because of all the extensions. I like being able to see them but is there a way to put them on a separate line?
@melanie lepage-forest I’ve used the extension called Extensity to help with this. You can create different profiles so you can quickly turn groups of extensions on/off in your toolbar.
I just subscribed to your channel and watched several tutorials thank you! Would you happen to know if there is an extension which allows students using district Chromebooks to gain control of the screen. When we are doing remote 1:1 or small group instruction with our spec ed classes, teachers can only give screen control to students using IPads. Thanks again for your wonderful videos!
Can you elaborate on the use of tab glue? With tab resize you can switch from 1 to 2 and then back from 2 to 1. Or you can click the x to close a window. Any real reason for tab glue? I'm trying to imagine a scenario I would use it.
Tara Hernandez sure! If you click the x, you lose the tab open in the window you close. If you go from 2 to 1 in tab resize, it just resizes the window you are in, it doesn’t combine the tabs. Tabs glue takes the tabs open in both windows and puts them together in one window. I hope that helps!
Love tab resize but it seems I still won’t be able to see the document I’m presenting to the students. How can I see them and the document at the same time in two screens.
I have been using Google Meet for online lessons. How do I get to keep students mic off while I am teaching and if they want to speak they need to ask for permission to speak?
Jovy O that’s a good question! We aren’t allowed to use zoom in our district so I haven’t tried it, but I’d imagine not since zoom doesn’t open in your Google Chrome browser. It opens in its own separate window.
French with Madame G you aren’t doing anything wrong. I just checked this morning and it’s gone. So sad!!! It is super helpful. I am hoping it is only gone temporarily.
Gina Enk I’m not sure. In my district we aren’t allowed to use zoom so I don’t have much experience with it. But my guess is no since zoom doesn’t open in a web browser. It opens as it’s own application which wouldn’t allow for web based tools.
Wow--Tab Resize is incredibly helpful! Thank you for sharing these extensions.
I love that one!!!
This was super helpful! I love the OneTab extension! Life changer.:)
Hedieh NaraghiSmythe awesome! 😊

I also use... it's a superb app dear. Can u please share your reviews regarding it
I love canva! I use it to make my thumbnails for my videos.
Your videos are so helpful and very clear with directions. Thank you!

Lalaine Reyes thanks so much! I really appreciate your support! 😊
I have so many extensions! Do you know if there's a way to manage them in the task bar?
Do you mean how to show more of them? Click on your address bar and then drag the right side over to the left to make more room. I have a lot too!

@@thetechnifiedteacher8558 I"ll try that. Thanks!
Tab resize sounds great. Does it work well with Zoom? I want to be able to see my students in grids like you mentioned when they do breakout sessions.
I don't think it works with zoom because zoom doesn't open up in chrome like google meets does.
Thanks for sharing your extensions can wait to try them
awesome! I hope you enjoy them!
Great tips!! Thank you!

Thanks so much! I don't know the answer to that question, but if I figure it out, I'll let you know!
Draftback is not in the chrome web store. What would you recommend instead?
Andrea Kojima I saw that it is no longer in the web store. I haven’t found an alternative yet, but I’ll let you know if I do!

Love these extensions! Thanks for sharing! My toolbar just got a few additions. 😄
Awesome! Glad you found it helpful!
Thanks. Very helpful. I have to learn some of this though.
I'm so glad it was helpful!
I have been using Google Meet for online lessons. How do I get to keep students mic off while I am teaching and if they want to speak they need to ask for permission to speak?
Juliana Lima unfortunately, Google meet doesn’t have that capability at this time.
Does tab resize work with Zoom meeting, too?

@@EZEdTech Thank you!
Are extensions something that I just need on my end or do students need these on their Chromebooks too?
Aaron Shafer it depends on the extension but usually just on your end.
@@EZEdTech Thank you!!! I've only been out of school for 6 years and already find myself falling behind!!
Aaron Shafer my pleasure! 😊
Draftback doesn't work anymore. Any other suggestion?
Jeffrey Swartz I saw that! It’s so unfortunate. It is a great extension. I haven’t found an alternative yet but I’ll let you know if I do!
I really want to use "draftback", but when I searched for it in the Chrome Web Store it says there are no results. What am I doing wrong?

@@EZEdTech Thanks! if you come across something similar please let your fans know! :)
French with Madame G i definitely will!
Life-changing!!!
awesome!
Can we use Tab Resize with zoom also, or is this only for Google meet?

Please, put the link to extension "draftback", I didn't find on the search box...thanks a lot...
*Lu Happeck* i looked for it and it seems like it’s gone from the chrome web store! I’m not sure what happened. I hope it comes back soon!!
@@EZEdTech Yes, me too! I stopped your video as soon as I saw it to get it... and :_(
Thank you!!
I didn't find the Draftback. :(
Lyris Simbulan unfortunately, it seems it has been removed from the web store. Hopefully it comes back soon!
@@EZEdTech Thank you for your response. :)
