Very beautiful hair and love your dedication. I noticed you do need to trim at least 3 inches minimum. You have see through ends - you’ll see that your hair is much fuller and thicker after a good trim. Plus it will stimulate a growth spurt

I don't understand people who chose to do such things like that v with their hair. It is our crown and glory and should be well maintained. Imagine not cleaning ourselves fire a whole year. We'll it's just the same and the bible says cleanliness is next to godliness. How about instead washing and reinstalling every 2 or 3 months. My husbands would never approve and i wouldn't expect that from him as well. Just no excuse. Glad for the hair growth but cleanliness should have also been a priority.

Uuuuuh I'm not sure why you said this and I would never think that you look like a gorilla, but if you feel like you're not seeing enough hair growth you can actually make your own hair growth oil with ground clove or you can Infuse normal clothes but ground clove is more potent and also you should use on your scalp in oil infused with a little bit of neem powder
Or even when it comes to your hair washing routine you should incorporate hair rinses or hair teas. Like there's an Indian herb called shikaikai that smells very good and you can boil the pods and rinse your hair with it. Also there are different masks made by curly proverbs that literally inspired hair growth challenges
Hi there , thank you so much for the recommendations , however you missed understood me when I said “felt like a Gorilla” it was my appearance referencing to me on keeping my hair for lengthy periods on, which I could relate that it can play with one’s confidence you know 😅, but I have an agenda on reaching my hair goals and I have accepted that at times we will need to sacrifice a few things to get where we want to be . 💯

yes I only used the Hairfood for now, it’s been a while I used the moisturizer but I’ll use it soon again. As for the shampoo and conditioner I barely it cause I don’t wash my at often as I should love. 😇

I haven’t trimmed my hair since I started the t444z hair challenge in 2022 November but definitely at the end of the challenge, which is in November 2024 we will do the trim 💯♥️
