Big Bob was a regular at his shows, he passed away some time ago. If I remember properly on one of the DVDs I've got, he left one of the boxes in the audience empty for Bob.
Fun fact: that closing song, "Crazy Little Thing Called Love", was written in Munich, Germany.

That wasn't me up in the box at 13 minutes! Though I saw Yul Brynner at the London Palladium in 1980. My Dad worked at the Palladium when he was a kid. We love Al Murray and our curry! Cheers!
