  • Hello! Welcome to Let’s Talk About Hoarding! This is a space where we demystify this common mental health phenomenon that we currently call “hoarding”. Many people can identify a traumatic or stressful life situation that ‘sets off’ their hoarding issue. Is trauma a ‘cause’ of hoarding? In this episode, my co-host, Rea, MSW, and I will have a chat about the relationship between trauma and hoarding. Excited to share this with you!

Constant verbal abuse seems like no big deal. But it is.
