  • If you're new to Pure Barre, watch this video to prepare for your first Pure Barre class. Pure Barre is a low-impact, full-body workout that transforms you physically and mentally. Our musically-driven group classes focus on low-impact, small movements that strengthen and tone your entire body in 50 minutes or less.
    Anyone is capable of taking Pure Barre. No matter your age or fitness level. And no dance experience is required. Arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes before class begins so we can check you in. Wear something you can move comfortably in. We suggest leggings or long pants and a workout top.
    If you're new to barre, or new to Pure Barre, our Foundations Intro Class is a great place to start. In this 50-minute class you'll discover the benefits that our low-impact, high-intensity workouts offer. In Foundations, your Pure Barre teacher will walk you through the basic movements of our proprietary technique, you'll learn our lingo and you'll start to feel the benefits of Pure Barre in just 50 minutes.
