i truly enjoyed spending most of my christmas alone. the best part was sticking to starting a new yearly christmas morning tradition, which will be a christmas morning hike. i thought i wouldn't follow through because i was doing it alone, but aht, aht!
more importantly, we've finally come to a decision on what our next move is going to be 🥹🎉. i'm so happy that i decided on what i wanted to do. it's very possible that i made the "wrong" decision, but truthfully, every choice i make is the right choice even if from the outside looking in it doesn't seem like. i'm so excited to make new memories ✨

Your workouts are crazy at 5/6am in the morning - I had to take a whole nap when I saw that. 500 calories leaves my daily 100ish in the wind 🤣 Definitely sweat in my head/hair (doesn't everyone?). thank you so much my love! i have ruminated for *very* VERY long lol. listennnnn, my morning gym sessions are like my me-time for me to just show up as my best self and i love it, so i always go hard. now you see why i need those energy drinks!! lolol.

Yes I so do now 🤣🤣🤣. To be fair I find morning workouts harder to get started with too so I have a coffee and banana. I give you permission to continue 🤣. So now I’ve got a complex about sweating on my hair and head - I’m going into therapy tomorrow 🤣. Seriously pleased for you and you seem happier too 💗💗

Wrap your hair in a doobie at night to maintain the silkiness and smooth ends. The gym wrap works but so does a scarf. Hair in a ponytail scarf on. When you come from the gym make sure hair is dry before you unwrap
Hey, so are you saying to leave your hair wrapped when you go to the gym? Like don’t bother taking the wrap down to put in a top bun?
@@SomeRandomBlackWoman sorry. For the gym put it in a pony with a scarf. Bc if you do sweat alot only the roots get wet. But once the gym is over leave it wrapped until it dries. When I had a pixie I would blow dry it while wrapped. Once dry style as usual.
At night wrap it in a doobie put a scarf on. This routine can last me up to 2 weeks.
