Amaretto Sour with Bevin

Love this cocktail especially with some yummy froth! 😋😋
✨1.75oz Amaretto

✨.75oz @bulleitwhiskey or bourbon of choice
✨1 whole egg white (optional)
✨1 squeezed lemon (1oz lemon juice)
✨.25oz Simple Syrup
Add all ingredients to your tin without ice. Shake for 15-20 seconds.
Now add ice to the tin. Shake for 20-30 seconds.
Double Strain:
Hawthorne strainer in the tin and a Mesh Strainer under that!
(If you have a Cobbler shaker, you'll only need the mesh strainer)
