Plant Wall, VIBES, 20 percent grat, entertainment fee? There's a running theme locally and it's running into the ground. Here's my guess/rant why. Also, this isn't a slug to mobile bartenders or mobile chefs. This is specifically to those who've never taken the steps to working in well run places, then try to run one. Everyone isn't built for business.

For Dry January I wanted to go the fun route. A spin on my Oxtail Mashup competition cocktail with the key ingredient being yogurt. If you want to add booze, the perfect liquor is Mezcal or Tequila. Got to try some wine infused ice cream today from @moozboozze and straight out of Texas! The company uses a proprietary blend to get the ice cream to 5% ABV! Absolutely delicious and creamy. A great combo can't wait to try the other flavors 😍😍 Sorry for the long video, the ice cream was good and you had to witness the experience!! lol Enjoy!

One of the easiest shots to make ever! I've seen some use lime for this recipe but it varies. What you'll need: 1/2oz Your Choice of Tequila (I used Casta Pasion) 1oz Watermelon Pucker Tajin and Lime (for rim) *Juice Rim of shot glass with Lime then dip into Tajin and set it aside (you can do this at the beginning or end) *Put Tequila and Watermelon Pucker in a shaker, shake it for 5-10 seconds...

You'll be needing this in a lot of your cocktails! Simple Syrup, Bar Syrup, etc is the easiest thing to make, as long as you have water, sugar and a heat source.
