EXACTLY! Soooooo many resellers on YT are super fast, quick nickel sellers, then they drop their prices to almost nothing to get their money back. This kills EVERYONE’S sales because it creates an expectation in the buyer’s mind that - oh, if I just wait a few weeks, the item will go down to nothing and I’ll buy it then. I’m a slow dime gal- I hold the line. I refuse to give items away. Sorry,not sorry.
I understand there are resellers who just wanna get in and out. They want their quick dime. But they’re shooting themselves in the foot long-term and it just becomes a race to the bottom. I am not putting in time and effort to give my customer the best possible experience to walk away with five dollars. That’s a waste of my time. Nothing is stale until you consider it stale. All the suggestions made in this video are completely valid and they all work. there’s also the option of bundling lower cost items to give a better value for the purchase. Stop working to give things away. The market is only as strong as the sellers who hold the line for their prices.

@ yes!!! I leave comments just like that all the time on these resellers videos and they just don’t care at all about the bigger picture when they do that… I actually had one lady tell me that she’s not taking advice from me because she makes more money than me and this is a legit reseller on RUclips that said such a shallow thing like that when I was just trying to make a point 😩 she was selling her Eileen Fisher stuff for like five and six dollars just to get rid of it. I’m like girl… Please stop. Just donate it if you’re gonna do all that and you’re only gonna get like a dollar or two. Don’t ruin comps for the rest of us.

People get so impatient. List it and share it and keep listing. It will sell at the right time if it's priced right and a desireable item. Unless your selling iphones it's going to take time for your buyer to find it just gotta do your homework up front before you buy it and trust your work.

I was watching your video mentioning Housey Source and I may have missed it somewhere but do you know if I would need a business license to purchase from them?
