    Sure, he's not the best at presenting his case, but zooming out, he is still right that we eat wrong, don't exercise, and then take a drug for "maintenance" as a crutch to make us feel like obesity is "not our fault".... so in that way, I support the larger scale point he is making.

    7 minutes into the episode and you can already find false statements, and half-truths. On top of that, the guy is so self-confident, he can do harm to people that do not verify what comes out of his mouth.
    I don't usually comment on your episodes, but this is such an interesting topic (!) it should be done the right way. Like c'mon, did you pick this guy, or is it about him promoting the just-released book?

      He’s a grifter pretending to be holier than an ecosystem built on grifting. Calley’s site grifts tax-exempt $$ for unproven fat burners, “brain boost”, ab-belts, saffron, etc. It’s two parties playing the same deceptive game with taxpayers.

    If you smoke cannabis all the time, not just sometimes but everyday from morning to evening so that you are always high you also have no hunger or appetite. When i stopped smoking i gained over 17kg in a year and now since half a year about 9kg down again. Now im stopping again to gain some weight back. Its insane how easy it is. But sometime its hard so stop smoking again 😅

    Fantastic stuff bois.
    It's such a shame too that so many start ups are created for the sale. Some really great natural products have been created over the last few decades, but because the founders are following a trend and chasing a buyout rather than having any passion for the cause, they get bought up and absorbed into the larger companies they were supposed to be challenging.

    This guy is advocating shrooms…A much healthier alternative is to find friends that will tell u the truth, encourage you to work through hard things and who will be there for u during hard times.     There is one thing about Ozampic type medications that was not mentioned. Food industry hates it, because people do not eat that much junk food and if most people get on Ozampic type of drugs, Food industry will have very hard time.

    Part of it also has to be the lifestyle. Americans drive literally everywhere and the entire country is built solely for cars. It's not a surprise Europeans and Japanese are much slimmer when they walk or bike everywhere.

    We need more people like Calley to speak out. It is absolutely appealing how our food in the US is treated. Nutrition has become significantly more complex here - there are so many factors that feel out of the consumer’s control that degrade our food quality

      So true, I hate to be an attacker of the US, but the food here compared to Europe is like another planet. The bread (I gave up) here has about 10 lines of ingredients, bread in Europe has 4 ingredients total. Education is a huge issue as well, I once had someone tell me there is sugar in apples and I shouldn't eat them....
