Haus ohne Beton OPEN HOUSE WIEN

The "Haus ohne Beton" (house without concrete), planned by the clay building expert Andi Breuss, consists exclusively of wood and clay from the floor to the roof. Even the floor plate of the single-family home near Vienna is made of untreated wood. It rests on screw foundations, below which is the natural terrain. The space under the building remains free for animals and the necessary ventilation.

Das "Haus ohne Beton", geplant vom Lehmbauexperten Andi Breuss, besteht vom Boden bis zum Dach ausschließlich aus Holz und Lehm. Selbst die Bodenplatte des Einfamilienhauses in der Nähe von Wien ist aus unbehandeltem Holz. Sie ruht auf Schraubfundamenten, darunter ist das gewachsene Gelände. Der Platz unter dem Gebäude bleibt für Tiere und die nötige Durchlüftung frei.
