Pearl Jam Live at Fenway Park in Boston August 5 2016. Night 1 of 2. Here's a full DVD that I've made to commemorate this amazing first for PJ. I feel incredibly lucky to have experienced these shows live, but hopefully this can kind of do a justice to the atmosphere. Thanks to all the tapers on youtube for making this possible! Special shout out to MFC172 for the awesome screen videos from the house of blues 10C party and also the Periscopers. Enjoy!
Hot Friday night in August, and got hotter with this perfect set list, some Floyd, some Beatles, some Aerosmith, and a whole lotta PJ.. Thanks for the memories.. had a fuc**** great time.
I was just a wet behind the ears 19 year old when I first heard PJ in 1990. I love these guys.
25 years later and pearl jam still rocks live!!!
yup, saw them 3 years ago in Baltimore, they were freakin amazing
they still sounds the same. best 90`s music
Sorry, but they dont... Just listen SOLAT...
Yes they do. 1:05:25 - Black
Awesomer
I still love Pearl Jam, but Eddie's voice is all over the place. He just doesn't have that power any more, especially when you compare it to early live shows like this: watch?v=n3r9KWth84Y
Pearl Jam's music keeps getting better as the years pass.. I was the biggest Pearl Jam fan since I saw them at Lollapalooza, in 1993, in Orlando during Hurricane Andrew I literally was obsessed with their music, so much so, that I literally studied the words and meanings of every song multiple upon multiple times. I had what the songs meant to me and how I interpreted them to my life (however much life a college Sophomore has lived )! I also would study all of the songs as they relate to how life in general and I was so determined to understand what they meant at the time they were written and what they were feeling and going through, for each song. Well, (I am a little embarrassed by this, but my friend called my Pearl and we would get wasted, while my friends would ask me what this part of a song meant or the overall meaning of the song in general! I am a school teacher now, so it was like I was teaching Pearl Jam 101....my friends tease me about it now , calling me the "Pear Jam Whisperer! Anyway, I digress the have matured into their older songs and their new songs are so ingeniously written, arranged and performed. Life and the charity's and causes they not only believe in, but are also involved in, as well as the world issues they actually worry about come through in their music. I didn't notice how sensitive they really were back then, but it really has come out more in their songs and Eddie's haunting performances. It is apparent that they have evolved into an even more ingenious band, that not only has stood the test of time, but are leading the pack as the most well rounded, caring bands .....AND THEY ARE STILL TOGETHER AND PERFORMING! In closing, it is so inspiring how they strive to make our society better for not only us, but our children and future generations. If you would like to attend one of my Pearl Jam workshop, simply reply to my comment!!!
Strangest Tribe! Awesome. I continue 20 years later to be amazed that these guys continue to play such deep and varied set lists. They never just phone it in and play "all the hits".
best band ever. their live shows are an emotional rollercoaster, you laugh, rock out, cry, love, sing, scream, le it all out. god I love this band. greetings from Argentina
This is awesome. It was my 8yr olds first PJ show and we flew in from NC. Now we'll have it forever!
Thats great man. Mine is 5 and i figure 2 more yrs. and he's coming to the show. That memory of you 2 will last a lifetime. Cant wait to do the same. keep on . . . ......
Hope that they love it. Took my 5 year old in 2003...she hates PJ to this day. Shit happens.
all my son who is 9 now wants to hear/see is them play rocking in the free world live ,,
You will buddy. Pearl Jam is the greatest live band of all time. No pyrotechnics, no movie screens, no wardrobe changes, no dancers, no hype man, no dj, no bullshit. Just great musicians playing great songs.
exactly.

Whoever edited this, bless your creative heart. Your hard work did this concert so much justice and those of us who weren't there DEFINITELY feel the energy and joy that was present. One of the greatest bands to come out of America.
Mate, thank you for taking the time to put this together. You're an absolute gem.
And thanks to all the uploaders.
Oh yeah, thanks to the up and coming band just trying to make ends meet, PJ. You changed my life.
I am French and thanks to you I have the opportunity to listen to this magical band as much as I want. I thank you very much. It is with great happiness that I take advantage of my free time since 2014 to rediscover this group that I had forgotten after "ten" and that nevertheless corresponds to everything I love. I finally found the band that erases all the others to my eyes!
We had tickets for this show but were moving into a new home that week. We had so much going on and were exhausted, so we sold the tickets. Until today (30 June 17) I hadn't looked for a video of the show but had heard parts of it on PJ radio (Sirius XM). As if I wasn't already sorry enough that we missed it, I was truly bummed to see Bronson Arroyo join the group for Black. We have friends in FL who know his parents and we had the pleasure of meeting the Arroyos in February. How I would've loved to tell them we saw Bronson not only pitch in Fenway but also jam with these guys. Thank you so much for sharing the show.
THE SOUND IS BACK, THANK YOU SOOO VERY MUCH!! VERY APPRECIATED!! INCREDIBLE PERFORMANCE BY EVERYONE INCREDIBLE CONCERT!! 😊🩷🤘✌️
Fuckkkk i love the way he looks at the audience while they play Release :-)
You know PJ is unconventional when they open a concert with a song like Release. It's one of my favorites, but in no way does it fit the mold of a concert opener!
this is awesome! Thanks for sharing
Amazing! Thank you! Thank you!
