Either way, just because he may not be able to control his actions doesn’t mean he won’t be punished for them. They probably footed him with the bill for the cleanup.

The type of people living in the apartments you're seeing in this video aren't just depressed. Not to devalue what you said as everyone's problems are valid but it's much more severe illnesses.

I'm someone who doesn't even let the dishes pile up, I wash immediately after use, I even spray and polish my appliances and regularly vacuum and clean floors. Keeping a spotless living space has always been my normal default, I have no idea how some people can live in such filth and be okay with it.
The other flats are rented to private tenants you can't just go into their property and dump someone else's raw sewage 😂 I dont think that would go down too well. The toilet upstairs is probably a vacant flat or a communal toilet.

He has been raised without rules or anyone demanding him to clean up his own mess. No drug abuse involved. It's that simple. Raise your children people.

I was so shocked because I've watched Hoarders on tv a lot before but never thought I'd see something like that in person
