Good lord that was a baller system back in the day. I had a Pentium 4 under that same cooler (loved Thermalright) and the X800XT PE, no where near the budget of this thing. That was my first build ever.
Fly to the moon :-) TurboJet. This hdd scratch is wonderfull :-). Nostalgi.
That is one clean looking build, though I'd replace the gpu coolers with third party ones too get the noise levels down a bit along with whatever fan sounding like a bearing has failed & is making a kind of mechanical noise.
That's the coolest retro system ever :o
Your CPU fan induces epileptic seizures.
Due to interference of camera and LED refresh rate, in RL its not flickering.

And the FX-60 actually died on me a couple of years ago.

Probably Sapphire Pure CrossFire RD480 Board. I can be wrong, but look very similar.
