I got a little head start a few weeks ago, but it felt so good to jump back into it & it’s honestly amazing to see how fresh the house feels after!! It costs basically nothing to deep clean our homes, and the difference is incredible! I hope you have a great day!!* ☀️

Glad to know I'm not the only one who gets that funky feeling on my fingers when using certain microfiber cloths! You just might have convinced me to finally jump on the e-cloths bandwagon!!

Ecloths are the bomb. After watching I got them and threw all the others out! Well worth getting.
When I clean my bathrooms, around the toilets, I add a bit of vinegar to my SteamShot, and I know it'll help with smell AND keep my SteamShot from getting any calcium chunks lodged in it!

Here in Virginia it is a waste of time to clean windows in the Spring because there is so much pollen in the air. Even my door mat turns yellow with pollen.
Ahh!! That’s how I feel about pressure washing the outside during the summer - monsoons keep it so dusty lol
I take turns to clean my windows on weekly basis so I don’t feel the stress of cleaning so many windows at one go but I still will have clean windows all the time.
I love the laundry sheets for so many reasons. Less space, less mess, not heavy to haul . . .

If you wrap your cushions in a plastic bag you can stuff them into the covers sooo much easier. 😉

Dear Amanda, sometimes I think ...oh no, it's messy at home again because I don't had the time to get around and tidying up or cleaning thoroughly cause of my job or lots of appointments. I'm an empty nester now so I don't have to spring clean per se. I do my usual morning chores and once a month a do a deep clean and that way I stay on top of it.

I have SO many windows!! 4 in every bedroom, three in the living room. Eight in the dining room, two in the kitchen and that's not counting the laundry room or entrance. I don't mind cleaning the windows but I hate cleaning outside the windows😅
Nothing is better than freshly clean, sparkly windows.
I noticed you said your home is 20yrs old. I wanted to tell you I love in the U.K in small brick house thats close to 100 yrs old!!! It seems crazy to me, it's had a new roof and windows this century though! 😊

I have started my spring cleaning. I've all ready stripped all the beds and washed everything ....blankets,throws,windows ,curtains,blinds !! I will start tomorrow decluttering my dresser and closet.

You jinxed yourself with the steam cleaner. With my sliding door tracks, I’ve put a paper towel tube on the Dustbuster to get into the really narrow crevices.

Spring is just beginning in Finland, but slowly and surely we are moving towards it, this video gave me so many good ideas that I will use when it's time to do spring cleaning this side of the world too, it was amazing to see how you work so systematically, easy to see you not doing it for the first time 😅❤
Also ! When you lived in South Dakota you didn’t have kids !!! And fingerprints in and out continuously !!! Haha ! Give your self grace it’s the season of living with kiddos and they grow and leave so fast and then your house is large and unused but stays cleaner ❤😂Glenda

I have the same steam cleaner. After the first 6 months mine also stopped working. I’d used it maybe 3 times, and yes I used distilled water.

If you have a swiffer pole attach your window cleaning cloth to it and clean your sliders and tall windows. It takes minutes and does a great job and you don't have to jump.
Haha yes! I usually use that, but misplaced it recently (I think Noah was helping me, and may have left it somewhere new) 😂

Actually got my kitchen painted and the cupboard fronts too... next is 2 walls in my bedroom... otherwise my spring cleaning is done,,, cupboards tidied up and floors slow vacumed... all dusted and plants repotted ... have a wonderful spring

I absolutely love to watch your videos and they have inspired me so much. I can’t seem to find the method brand almond cleaner. I can only find the floor cleaner
I haven’t read all comments but the best thing I have done for my sofa was to buy the wood slats that are connected to each other from Amazon for sofas. You buy the length you need for the length of sofa. I have had mine about 2 years I am satisfied with quality.
Some people also use pool noodles cut to length for the bottom of the back cushions.
I do try to clean my glass door and windows once a month 😁

Amanda, have you tried the Pink grapefruit Method all purpose cleaner, OOOHHHH my goodness I works great and smells amazing and refreshing and clean!
You might like solar blinds better it allows light to come in but gives you privacy those are my favorite and cleaning them is so easy

Hi we do a Window/door a week then before you know there all Clean then start again but definitely were people see they get done weekly...its a pain but we do it
Spring Morning Routine
Being a boy Mom, I definitely use the steamer for my toilets! I laughed so hard at the Nerf gun in the bathroom..not that it was there, but your typical boy Mom reaction, like, no big surprise 🤣

I recently bought a crevice brush ( pack of 3) from Amazon. Great for cleaning window tracks, grout areas in tiles and the door track in the shower. I live in the UK but only paid £3.99. Not sure what that would be in US Dollars 💵 xx

I clean my glass windows and doors once a year, and it's just about that time again. I dislike doing it because I detest getting on ladders due to my fear of heights, but I just got a window cleaning wand that extends to 8 feet so I will be utilizing that to save me freezing with fear on rung number three. Fingers crossed that it works well enough that I can officially break up my toxic relationship with that damned ladder. lol
Cleaning tools like that make everything better!!
