Homemade Hamburger Buns

Hi guys welcome to my channel. So stoked for todays recipe, these Homemade Hamburger Buns taste like no other I promise you😁
PS- I used All purpose flour, cause we improvise on this channel however for even more beautiful results use Bread flour!

Tangzong:
-4 tablespoons Milk
-2 tablespoons Water
-2 tablespoons Flour
Dry ingredients:
-3 cups Flour
-1 teaspoon Dry yeast
-1 teaspoon Salt
-2 tablespoons Sugar
Wet ingredients:
-140 ml lukewarm Milk
-2 eggs(separate 1 egg yolk)
-3 tablespoons Butter
Bake at 190 ° Celsius for 15- 20 minutes
