14:31 the other team was caught off guard because they weren’t expecting Chicken Little to hit the ball. They weren’t even paying attention but we can assume that they’re actually a really good team.
🐔 It wasn't just chickens that animators seemed to be obsessed with in the early 2000s, but different species of birds in general. A couple of really good animated movies with a cast of penguins also came out during that period, "Happy Feet" (2006) and "Surf's Up" (2007). Warner Brothers Animation also put out a couple of good avian films, "Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole" (2010) and "Storks" (2016). You also might want to check out "Spies In Disguise" (2019) which involves Will Smith turning into a bird. It was Blue Sky Studios' last film. 🐣 Incidentally, the song "All I Know" was not composed for this movie. It was originally a big hit for Art Garfunkel all the way back in 1973. 😎 And your hair looks great, as usual. 😉👍
It’s easier to animate animal characters than humans, especially birds in a 3D space. Also cartoony cute animal characters are a lot more appealing to kids.
Does anyone remember acorn cop. Poor guy had PTSD so bad from the military he had a full on pannic attack over an acorn hitting the roof of his squad car and went full commando. Unloaded 2 magazines into his car with a detained perpetrator inside, and hollered out to his partner that the suspect was somehow armed in the car and shot him, and she unloaded a magazine then. The suspect was unharmed. The main officer was let go probably due to not having the mental fitness for the job, and the partner, she got a leave of absence for jumping to action without understanding the full situation, paid leave isn't bad.
Yes please watch the first 3 Indiana Jones movies, just take my word for it 4 and 5 aren’t worth it. Here in their place is Lion King 1/12 and Moulin Rouge, trust me they’re better.
"Hey, remember when that icy blue stuff fell from the sky? Everybody thought it was from space and stuff, and it just turned out to be frozen pee from a jet airplane."
I used to like this movie as a kid, but when I looked up the critic ratings when the people disliking doesn't like this movie, I have to be honest,... it didn't age well. Because I just found out that this movie has mean spirited people and Buck Cluck is definitely the worst father ever. But I respect your opinion.
your hair looks nice!! idk much about hair, but it definitely doesnt look bad at all!! my mom cuts my hair 😂 i have the sides and back of my head shaved and have my short curls on top that fall to the left. shes no professional hair stylist, but she does a good job with mine. curls really help hide any small imperfections in length lol
You're over thinking it, your hair looks great. Probably some of the best hair I have ever seen. I know from experience compliments don't really fix insecurities, but I hope it atleast helps.
This was a good movie i always liked this very underrated and great soundtrack. Oh i see a lot if people recommending films mine are: 1. Ferngully 2. Fox and the hound 3. Lion king 1 1/2 4. Oliver and company 5. Home
for the longest time in my childhood, all I could remember was that I watched a movie with this fuzzy orange alien. And I remembered nothing else, it was just one of those random memories I had and I had no idea where it was from lol. So weird to see it again
The way I took it is you know Buck is this single father having trouble trying to raise his undersized kid (which is why everyone calls him Chicken Little) after the mother had passed away(which the movie doesn't explain to us). As someone who comes from a family of tough love, I see that even though Buck didn't take up for Chicken Little when he thought the sky fell or when he said there were aliens, it doesn't mean he doesn't care about him. Since the mom is no longer them, Buck is caught in a difficult situation and Chicken Little takes it as his father doesn't care about him(Well he's a kid he doesn't understand). Buck never realized that Chicken Little felt looked down on and ignored so when Chicken Little finally let out all that he was feeling, that's when Buck realized what he was doing to his son. And when Buck apologized for making Chicken Little feel that way, Chicken Little realized that he was appreciated all along and forgave him.
Buck is such a bad parent that people overlook the amazing and loyal friends that Chicken little has, They're outcast and only have eachother and the movie never pulls a "now i'm mad at you" momment, they truly care for eachother and that's a good thing because the world they live in is full of bullys
Buck is not bad parent ok there is problem of comunication and misundestanding and be a single dad is not easy is very hard and even if you son cause trouble and fight in school is worst and what you want him to do? Trust him the sky is falling and try to hope up to get more in problems? No buck love her son so much but he cant see the emocions of son because chicken little we have to admit is not a good son eather because the two dont talk so much because is not easy talk to you son is one of rhe hardest parts of being parent be open is not easy and be a good parent what is a good parent? One who can learn from the mistakes....
@@charhaznable5235I would say that, in that moment, or in that area, he was a bad parent. He had the best of intentions, and he did care about his son. But he was doing it in all the wrong ways. He can learn to be better, which he did, but he was being "bad at his job" so to speak, even if the reason is completely understandable.
I love this movie so much, so cute. Based on an old children’s story, Henny Penny, but with a much happier ending. Meet the Robinsons is another great one from around this time if you haven’t seen it. And yes please I’d love to see your reaction to Indiana Jones!!
Sophie, Sophie. First off, your hair looks good. I can hardly noticed the cut parts since most of it stands out. You keep doing your thing. Second, this one was indeed the movie of my childhood. Seeing the reactions of so many before you, I knew that you would say the most obvious of all things like “His dad really sucks, the soundtrack is on point, what’s up with those movie references, you have to talk to him at some point, etc, etc.” On a serious side note, it is depressing that because of one slip-up, everyone treats him like the outcast of this town that even his own father didn’t believe him or try to ease his guilt and back him up. Unlike you, I know very well what it’s like to be pick on just because I was different from everybody else. Later on, as I grew older, I understood that they themselves were in the wrong because how can you be your own person if you follow the examples of many around you? Therefore, I ignored such things and never felt more comfortable with my identity since then. Plus, you being so damn hard to please is so irritatingly hilarious but understandable. Nevertheless, I love your take on this and you. See you next time.
"The sky is falling" so true. *edit* Ok i did not agree nor like the reactors views on the father at all. It was one-sided an overly emotional based. I usually go more indepth but I don't feel like it right now.
Honestly, I used to enjoy this movie as a kid, but now looking back at it, it's so mean spirited and annoying. Every character is an unlikable jerk, especially Buck Cluck, who is very unsupportive to his own son during the whole movie, and honestly, he just comes across as neglectful. He rarely takes Chicken Little’s feelings into account. The jokes are also not very funny. The humor feels like something you'd see in a DreamWorks film. But even then, the jokes still wouldn't be good. I know there are some that calls the film underrated and that's totally fine, but I just couldn't stand it.
HEY SOPHIE CAN YOU WATCH THE TWO SEQUELS OF THE MOVIE THE LITTLE MERMAID 1989 AND ALSO THE 2023 LIVE ACTION MOVIE ONE TOO PLEASE 🙏 BECAUSE I REALLY WANT TO SEE YOUR REACTION TO IT OK IF YOU CAN OF COURSE
The thing bout Buck is he’s not the worst father. I never thought of him as a bad father. Apparently, he’s not the best father but he’s also not the worst father. And, I can guarantee you there are plenty worse fathers if Buck was ever truly bad at all.
Sophie I think your hair looks amazing!! The second I saw you said “wow her hair looks so good in this video!” I think you did a great job it looks amazing I really like it, the layers look good on you!
My mom and I used to be obsessed with this movie when I was growing up lol. I'm personally not as fond of it as I used to be, especially compared to other early 2000s animated films but it does have a killer soundtrack.
Sometimes I wanted to say to ALL the townspeople and Buck for never believing Chicken Little's story about both the sky falling and the alien invasion: *"You can't **_see_** very well!"* 😡🤬💢
Great reaction Sophie I'm happy I got to see your reaction to chicken little finally!!! I do love the soundtracks and the wall breaks and Ace was voiced by my favorite Batman Adam West RIP😢🦇
Well, I don't know what the fascination with chickens is, but as the kind of guy who likes Egg Laying fictions, I've written some pretty good stories about chickens myself. In my latest story, a Parasaur clone I adopted off of Fur Affinity escapes the lab and goes to live with one of the chicken characters I created. Yeah, some pretty legit stuff going on right there. I should also mention my Mom had some chickens before she got evicted from her home for reporting a mold issue. I only had ever met two of them, but they were the most lovable things.
The principal of the school lost his previous job for making outlandish suggestions that someone would be put on death row for turning a school assembly into a concert.
14:31 the other team was caught off guard because they weren’t expecting Chicken Little to hit the ball. They weren’t even paying attention but we can assume that they’re actually a really good team.
This movie was part of my childhood and I can understand why people don’t like chicken Little’s Dad
The people dont undestand is a single dad and have to take care her child alone and have a job
Fun fact Chicken little was originally a little girl chicken
