UPDATE: I found the anklet but it was way deeper and I had to go through a granite biome for some reason

Just to the east of this anklet chest there’s another building with a chest that has a magic mirror, there’s also 2 heart crystals in the small biome next to the chest to the easy

this does still work, but if you dig straight down where he does youll come to a shrine that has a staff of regrowth, dont go to the first shrine, just keep digging straight down and youll find two more shrines side by side, its the one furthest left :)
