she's using great form on these. good demo. the important thing is you must extend your arm back as far as it will go to really get a good contraction. also, go slow because momentum likes to rear it's ugly head with this exercise. use a lighter weight for 15-20 reps for best results.

I don't get what she means by squeezing our muscle. Do we use our palms and squeeze on the weights or just keep it relaxed while squeezing our tricep? O_o
do you think holding the kickback for like 30 seconds, rather than doing repetitions, will be a good exercise? i only say this because i feel it a lot more holding it rather than the repetitions.
I find my partner struggles with this one as she has wide hips. Would it be a problem to form if she put the leg of the lifting arm on the bench and the opposing leg on the floor?

Honestly swinging it won't hurt a bit. My boy had 22 inch arms and I used to tell him his form was bad until I tried just flinging it back and boom 20 inch arms . Good form is important but when you know how to "cheat" it works wonders.

Your range of motion is far too long. You are effectively taking the stress off the tricep and putting in on the bicep briefly when your forearm goes past the vertical point of the movement. For maximal stress and work to the tricep, keep the range very short... no more than about 45-50 degrees. Do no bring the weight down so that your forearm goes vertical or you just unload the tricep on each rep. Trust me, you feel a huge difference.
