    Yoga Poses:
    Mountain Pose (Tadasana)
    Stand tall with feet together.
    Engage your thighs, lift your chest, and relax your shoulders.
    Breathe deeply and hold for 30 seconds.
    Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
    Start on your hands and knees.
    Lift your hips, straighten your legs, and push your heels towards the floor.
    Hold for 30 seconds, focusing on elongating your spine.
    Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I)
    Step one foot forward into a lunge, keeping the other foot back.
    Raise your arms overhead, palms facing each other.
