Farrah was a natural beauty
The 70’s were my decade. How I miss everything from that time.
Ahhh the 70’s… love it. The only rival to me is the early 80’s. The fashion aesthetic of Charlie’s Angels is a favorite, as well as Dallas and Dynasty. I prefer the upper casual style of dressing.
I totally agree!
Aren't you a a catalog model from an 80s magazine?
My mom graduated HS in 1975 (she'd kill me if she knew I said that lol). She always had wavy hair so she could never get the straight, parted in the middle hair. She did say that she wore baby blue or lime green shadow. I was born in 1979 and there are photos of my baptism where she is wearing a patterned blouse and a purple poly pant suit (it was a vest and pants). When she married my dad he, and the other men, wore baby blue blue tuxes with the ruffled shirts. My stepdad's wedding, a few years before (its second marriage for both of them), he had brown tuxes with those shirts. They both wince now looking back. She may still cringe at the photos but I thought she looked pretty :). She also mentioned seeing Barry Manilow and Peter Frampton, hating the platform shoes (on men and women) and kids doing the bump in the lunch line.
OMG I forgot about the bump! LOL! I was born in 1965 BTW and so, was just a kid in the late 60s and the 70s.
The story of Benefit‘s Benetint is so iconic. And it’s one of my favorite cheek and lip products still to this day.
Memories 4ever!!!! Would not trade the 1970s 4 nothing !!!! So glad. I was and and always will remember such a joy of youngness!!!! DA 1970s 4ever
1977, I was 5 and I can still remember the smells of my mother's Oil of Olay and the Prell shampoo she used to wash my hair. One hairdo you left out was the Dorothy Hammill "bowl cut". I had one of those in the first grade. I hope you do a vid on 1980s beauty trends next!
I washed my dolls hair with my mom's Prell. Remember Tinker bell perfumes for kids. I recently found an orange oil perfume that is reminiscent of it. Wow did memories flood back.
It was called "the wedge".
Started wearing Clinique in 73. Still wear it. Their whole line of lipstick and eye shadows are superb.
I adore Clinique lipstick 💄
Did you watch Buffy the vampire slayer? is one of my favorites series of the 90s 😝
Would give anything to have the original Oil of Olay fluid back! It just sunk into the skin and wasn’t greasy at all.
I loved the glass bottle and the pretty pink color.
What a fun video. I loved Farrah Fawcett shampoo. 😊
I agree with Farrah about beach sand getting rid of the dead skin. I was just thinking about Babe perfume. I remember getting a tiny bottle back in the day.
I love you’re channel so much!!
Hi Laura! Wondering if you could do a video on Daisy Duke (Catherine Bach) favorite beauty products, foods, beauty routines 😀
These women were real beauties
What a great video! Some of those soft, natural make-up looks still feel beautiful, don't they?
This channel deserves way more subscribers. The content and video editing are great. Nostalgic ❤

Thank you for your hard work, of editing in all those fantastic images and clips, from a bygone era. The 70s. An iconic time, as others era's of course but the 70s was it! I like by gone era makeup looks, and fashion, and hair, vs today's looks....
I also remember Cybil Sheperd and Cheryl Tiegs. They models during that era.
And in ENGLAND the body shop was founded by Dame Anita Roddick and the body shop introduced their vitamin e skin care range which is still around today
I was born in 1973. This is a great video and brings back so many memories of my mom and Aunts.
I love the 70's so much ❤

Cold cream is more than 2000 ys old, used to be called Galen's cream after famous ancient Roman doctor who supposedly invented it.
One of your best time capsules ! ❤ sending you love and well wishes !
Two things I remember from the 70s:
1) Quiana nylon dress shirts, and
2) the switch from tennis shoes and sneakers to athletic/running shoes.
Love this video 👄💘💕🌺🌸 thanks!

Diana Ross and Pam Grier were big fashion icons in the 1970s
I adored them!
Oh for goodness sake.
Brooke Shields eyebrows were a huge thing (literally) towards the end of the decade too. People who overplucked were scrambling.
I loved Charlie blush ;spread and blended well.
I grew up in the 70s the only thing good was the music..the best time for products was the 80s and all my favorites they dont make anymore
A vibrant hip hop scene? The 70s?
Mid to late 70s yes. rapper's delight came out in 79 a staple song in the roller rink😂
😋
She should have had ownership in the Kleenex corporation for all she caused to be used in that era 😂 !
