Great video! I was wondering if you know how to fix my PS Portal. It connects for a few seconds and then disconnects, but I don’t think the Portal is the problem. This happens on every Wi-Fi except my home network, even though the Wi-Fi speeds are good. It used to work fine on other networks, but it suddenly stopped. I’m also having the same issue with the PS Remote Play app
Hey Rajhanraja Hmm I havent tried it on public wifi networks in a while! I think the portal is due for a update to fix connection issues! What I can recommend is to restart your home network and ps5. I had to do this yesterday bc things were going a little choppy!

Does it work with plastic case as in the plastic portal protector?
It doesn’t fit if there’s a case on there sadly. At least with mine. Hopefully this helps!

Good question! most case would be too thick unfortunately!
Same issue over here! It defeats the purpose having to remove and replace case over and over 😩

@@Arthur_StJohn yes its already hardwired. A lot of time I get the yellow globe at the right top side. The connection struggles a lot 😪😪
