The point is negative self talk on any action before its performed reduces the effect greatly on your own body and mind, kinda like taking medicine and saying "it wont work" or "that person has better genes" you have already lost and failed. Be positive you get to see grass and trees grow every year even on the bad days, self improvement starts with the acceptance that you are doing 1% better everyday that's what makes a man or woman better everyday, YOU ARE ALWAYS the center of your own universe so make that environment a dance of self daily analysis of the negative and know it could have been positive.
