Are you speaking to me coz I always ignored weight loss because of the pressure in the society and I didn't wanna do it for any one until recently I fell in love with a certain size and beating the odds to get there but it is not easy
Today is my first time doing this Zumba n couldn't catch up the steps .My son was laughing his heart out saying a baby elephant is dancing. I could hardly move. But I believe I will be able to follow the step in this few days n will really get what I want ie to loss weight. I'm enjoying it.
Was my first time trying this workout too, and also couldn't go as fast as the instructor. Maybe you can try adjusting the speed of the RUclips video (0.75 worked amazing for me)

Just started today with this to get back in shape after the long lockdown and I have to say it felt like 90min not 20 😅 but even a blob like me was able to push through it, so trust me - anyone can do it! Thanks!
Finally, a dance instructor who understands what "beginner" is! I'm sure you are a highly skilled dancer who was tempted to throw in a few fancy moves to spice things up - thank you for keeping it DEAD SIMPLE for actual beginners!
I just love it! From the very first try! Even though I could literally hear my heart in my ears the first time I tried it, I'm doing better now. These days, it seems to end sooner than 20mins 'cos of how much I'm enjoying it.
Same here! I think it's just the "getting up and moving" that's important...doesn't have to be perfect as long as the heart rate is up and we're not injuring ourselves.

My arms and shoulders gave out almost but i pulled through and enjoyed the cardio. Whole body's burning and am not even out of breath! Hopefully i can advance my cardio level from beginner to medium by doing this for a month or so. GREAT JOB!!!
For someone that was once addicted to the Hit Cardio Workout, I haven't exercised in a long time...so today I started again but with this Zumba session. I don't even know how to ever "Zumba" but hey ya girl finished 20 minutes and it was a killer sweat sesh, I'm grateful. 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I really like this class! I feel much more energetic after doing this! I am not dieting or anything and as well not trying actively to loose weight, I am doing this just for fun. I have been using your videos practically every day for over a month now. Thank you for making videos that make working out so much fun! I have lost a couple kgs and because it's so fun it's so easy to stay motivated to do it every day. Learning some rhythm is a nice bonus too 😂

At first, I spent half the time laughing at myself because I was a bit confused with the quick steps and almost tripped over myself, too. 😂 Nevertheless, this zumba session was really fun. I felt a bit lighter now. 😁💃

Day 3: I still can't match her pace. I have to play the video at 0.75x to be able to follow her. But Im sweating like hell. And this makes me feel energetic and not exhausted. I can study well after this. Day 6: I am able to match her speed now. No longer watching at 0.75x. I don't sweat at all usually but after this workout I sweat like hell. Also I do this at 4.30 am in the morning. After that my morning isn't lazy but I feel energetic.

This work out is amazing! Like most people i put on weight over lockdown and i don't feel comfortable going for runs or jogs because of other people. Was able to bang this out in my living room. With this and dieting i hope to go down 2 sizes by summer :) i'll try to remember to update

I somehow finished the video despite my total lack of coordination or fitness (I'm sure I looked ridiculous lol) so this really is a great place to start. Usually I pause workout videos ten times to see how much time is left but this was fun enough to push through. I'm dying in a good way. Thank you!

You can do it. At first it will burn like crazy if you're not used to zumbaa then it doesn't burn eventually. Not a great calorie burner though.

I always watch and sometimes do work out online...i really love this zumba and i set a goal to do this for two weeks... let's wait and see the improvement! Love it😍

This work out is amazing! Like most people i put on weight over lockdown and i don't feel comfortable going for runs or jogs because of other people. Was able to bang this out in my living room. With this and dieting i hope to go down 2 sizes by summer :) i'll try to remember to update

I somehow finished the video despite my total lack of coordination or fitness (I'm sure I looked ridiculous lol) so this really is a great place to start. Usually I pause workout videos ten times to see how much time is left but this was fun enough to push through. I'm dying in a good way. Thank you!
