Thanks for this video, it's very interesting. I've always had trouble throwing the ball correctly. I hope this helps me.. I'll try it soon.. Thanks again for this information.
Nice tips on controlling the toss. I wanted to add another point is pay attention to where you start releasing the ball. Some ppl can toss high some can’t. If the ball goes backwards then as your arm goes up, start releasing at lower point about chess high instead of shoulder high or head high
Hello again ! Can you tell me what tension can i use on my tennis racket( so that I don't feel the vibrations)?...And which racket vibrates the least?....2-3 exaples plss..thanx! Dunlop lx 1000, 800 are good?...sometimes i feel i have no power ... I play tennis for 1 year....
Do you use a dampener ? I like 52 tension. I can recommend Wilson clash, yonex Ez 100 and Dunlop Cx400 If you want a discount to get the rackets let me know
@@gabypaztennis Yes I use dampener ! Here, in Romania 52 lbs have to convert in kg means..23 ! (you have 23 horizontal and vertical? ) I have a clash v.1, but i dont like it..vibrates a lot (i think is so because i dont hit the sweet point alot...2-3 out of 10. I like yonex Ez 100...here is approximate 210 euro...i think is verry expensive to send one here...or not..? hm?
@@gabypaztennis dunlop cx400 simple or dunlop cx400 tour...and what is the diference Betleem them? If i strig 23/23 kg is ok? On youtube almost all make publicity on cx400 tour...
This is great instruction. Toss looks so easy but like everything else it takes a lot of fine motor control and if you’ve been doing it wrong there is a lot of incorrect muscle memory. Break it down like she said as much as is necessary. This will vary among people but for the most part smaller bits and slower progression is better.

I never heard not using the thumb to hold the ball. In most of your examples you are even gripping it with the thumb however. I can give it a try but wondering why the discrepancy. Thanks
@@bmanbusee3812 thanks for pointing that out! So you let it rest more on the left side of the ball. But not completely on top and pushing down on the ball of it which causes the issue! Hope that’s clearer!
Oh Thanks for great video..subscribed..🎾😀
