Gotta move the head on the serve! But finish with chin up :)

You say it's bad but you don't really say what caused it. Head movement is mostly caused by stretching to the side too much then doing the hip turn. Essentially if your head is right at the centre of rotation it's gonna naturally stay completely still, but the more you are leaning over the more it's gonna want to move. While you can have a bit of bend and you will naturally adjust, the more upright you are the easier it is to keep your head still when doing the hip turn.
To fix it don't reach for the forehand too much, and if you like you straighten your ofhand arm to give you spacing be careful it isn't pulling you over. Once you've got that then when swinging consciously project foward as far as you can through the ball, don't rotate too soon, and you will naturally find your head stays pretty still.
