@@TheGamingCaveGD I don’t know how old you are so I can give some advice for a couple different methods!
Ask for your birthday or Christmas no parent is going to say no we don’t want you learning a new skill.
Don’t start on a electric guitar get a nylon or steel string acoustic guitar since they tend to be a bit cheaper depending on the brand.
If you’re a 16-17 year old get a job anyways it’ll help down the line
Also keep in mind if you want to get good you need to put a lot of time and effort in. It’s not easy and I personally try to practice 3 hours a day which is most of my free time but an hour will still get results
