I absolutely loved the derelicts in NFS Payback and wish that they brought it back. Hopefully NFS 2022 will have them because It gives collecting the cars purpose in restoring them to their prime.
Making you fully upgrade a Derelict just to change your headlights, though, that was one of the most bizarre things in the game, of which there are multiple bizarre aspects. Who knew that one of the hardest things to unlock is... different headlights?
I'd say it's definitely worth it, up until the last chapter where they completely break their own rules (and in turn the game) forcing you to do street race courses in a @#$%ing drag car. Thankfully, the game is very fun up until this moment that happens very late in the game. Only other thing that's awful is the dice rolling cards to upgrade your car.
This is a great game. I seriously don't know what people want from a racing game nowadays. Every game that comes out gets negative reviews. This game has everything you want. It ain't perfect but it's not a terrible game. You can spend hours playing trying to collect derelicts, bait boxes, and speed challenges keep you engrossed in the open world map. There's plenty of circuit, sprint, off-road and drift races. Cheesy storyline but makes sense. Customization is very good and in depth however everything is already unlocked for you.
@@eggtaco5345 The what!? Rivals had the BS Hot Pursuit 2010 handling, and full countryside map, very different. Yyyup, Heat bought back the risk-reward progression from Rivals, but that's a pretty cool feature. Other than that stands on it's own legs. Legal daytime racing, urban tracks, offroading, viable grip physics. Further expansion on the 2015 style underground-reborn customization system. Over all a great game, however pretty short compared to Payback or Unbound. Payback is a modern Undercover with the larger map and action/combat focus. The cards for upgrade and the micro-transactions that come with it are kinda Fuck EA, but otherwise great entry. Hell even the gambling elements are thematically fitting, and perfectly playable just for the base price. Still, plis no micro-transactions in a full price release.
I'm really enjoying this game trying to make my Honda options available look like my 2012 accord coupe gives me pride in my own real car Got it black coupe 2.4 l ex-l 4 cyl looks so nice stock
Great video, brother. Timely too. I saw it on sale and got it for my PS4, looks and plays great. You pretty much sold me on the game, so thanks for giving me a tip for some great X-mas fun.The only downside is that Ferrari is missing but hey, can't complain for such a bargain.
Great review. I just couldn’t get with the way you upgraded cars. I haven’t bothered to play this game in 4 years. Heat I’ve played everyday since I bought it 2 years ago. Too bad they abandoned it.
I am type of gamer who loves need for speed but I don’t bother with visual upgrades. To me, this is a very good game but the cop chases and the upgraded system are what what makes this game very annoying.
bruv in this game money is always tight so its really difficult to earn enough money to buy cars plus 2015 has less cars and rivals and you can still get 5 dlc cars
I have replayed this game around 5-6 times and I absolutely loved every part of it. Highly recommended this game.
Well yeah thanks on my way to buy it because it's on a sale
@@milkkolaj deluxe edition is 3 euro rn on origin. Idk about NA but if you live in Europe you should def cop. Probably on sale on Xbox and PS4 too.
So have I man I always would replay it man I still play it definitely recommend it

nfs unbound tried with the starter cars that are junk and then become a hotted up supercar but it isnt really the same

Oh god, I hated the final chapter. The drag car race was terrible.

Wanted to watch a recent review from a small non profit incentivized channel and your video came up wasn’t disappointed thanks
Great review. I just couldn’t get with the way you upgraded cars. I haven’t bothered to play this game in 4 years.
Heat I’ve played everyday since I bought it 2 years ago. Too bad they abandoned it.
currently the game is discounted on ps store for 2,99€ should i buy it?
Scientists have finally found something in the universe colder than absolute 0. It's the ending to NFS Payback.

I heard 5his guy talk and immediately thought I was watching MotogamesTV 😂
Can you do a rewiew of nfs 2015?
I am actually working on a review for it, should be ready soon
@@RealGamerReview looking forward to it :)
I am waiting for it to finish downloading
Hope you enjoy!
I downloaded the game before I watched the video lol. I got it for $6 usd
Same, found it on the PS store today for $5
This game is like Forza Horizon traded in its tired-ass festival atmosphere for a narrative and an actual sense of progression.
Huh those cars dont exist when i play the game on ps4 4:34 is when i reacted to this
still? It was never worth it... The graphics were mobile phone level at best... Even when it released in 2017
my favorite NFS, this is the best Nfs by the way
You had me up till you said there’s 74 cars nah I’m good even though the game is on sale for $2.99 but nah hate games with no cars
Your a PlayStation gamer huh ?
bruv in this game money is always tight so its really difficult to earn enough money to buy cars plus 2015 has less cars and rivals and you can still get 5 dlc cars
The online is a mess there people always chasing and crashing into u
nah not really
Lol I downloaded nfs 6 months ago too
One of the best nfs
No. Not worth it. Even at $2. Not worth it.
