This home beautifully designed, and it’s unmistakably warm. That said, almost nothing I could see was of the “Scandinavian“ aesthetic. There were the plants, the kitchen table chairs, and the stone fireplace wall. The space feels more “eclectic, and boho farmhouse“, than anything else. I also see many scatterings of metal accents and mid century notes. Nicely designed in a very unique, and visually pleasing aesthetic!

Love how this home is pictured at various times of day and evening. Evening looks almost magical. That pendant light fixture in the living area above the coffee table is gorgeous and i love how it casts beautiful light pattern. Also, all the lush plants in their rustic terra cotta pots. So many very special elements in this home. What a special dwelling.

This is beautiful. Less funky, more classy. I love the dining chairs and the wood stove and the tile backsplash. I'm trying to capture this cozy, comfortable style - rattan, mid-century, big colorful tile, plants, etc. - but switching out the small accent pieces that are overtly Middle Eastern/South Asian for those that reflect a more Southwest/Mountain West style. Things like longhorn skulls would work in that, for example. Also Mexican rugs layered over oriental. Most important, and most fun, I'm able to use all the things I love. I want a space that invites people to come in, put their feet up, and relax.

I so enjoyed this tour. What a gorgeous and stunning home; such an interesting and eclectic blend of rustic country, artsy-bohemian and modern industrial. The earthy, autumn tones are so warm and inviting, and they've tied it all together so beautifully and harmoniously throughout. Every space is a delight, but that second bathroom just blew me away and is so unique. An absolute work of art and craftsmanship.

House is located in Sweden, for me that's enough to call it Scandinavian house.
