Man this would have been handy when I did my body. I wouldn't have used supports on my skirt. I hope your going to do one of these for Legs and Drive train.
Tip: Make sure you pick Good quality servos and horns for those large doors. I had one of mine die after I had the whole body and dome mounting done. You have to take everything apart to replace them. Its a real PIA so be sure to use a good quality servo there.
That was awesome!!! The printed instructions are good, but I always appreciate “seeing” it in action!
Fantastic video, wish I had had this as reference when I built mine. May inspire me to build a third.
Thanks Michael! You are grand my friend!

Hooray! Thanks for this!
is there a cut to the body that will fit a 400 mm build plate ?
Another great video, thanks. Are you doing one for the MK 2 ?
Will do, I’ll do both, give me some time as the files for V2 were done on 123d design, so I’ve got a bit of sorting out to do.
I'll 2nd that request.
@@MichaelBaddeley Yeah that's fine, sorry don't mean to pester :-) I'm just gluing my R2 up and want to make sure I'm getting it right :-)
