But on a RipStik there's two casters and they're held straight by some sort of spring, so for this you would need for springs pulling the casters backwards and since they're already angled, it will help with straight line stability. He'dprobably need to try with a bunch of different strengths of tension springs.

Put some better wheel in there and if you had a hand brake on the rear two wheels slightly engaging them would straighten things out. No brakes= crazy snowboard like bike.
