Out on bond for murder. I keep hearing this, all over the country. Can we get some of these judges names? Backgrounds? Reasoning? Are they elected or appointed? Is this the average response to a particular charge or a change in trends? We're missing.. THE STORY.
I bet they have people in custody for misdemeanors & non violent felonies but they let the (alleged) killer go on bond 😮
@@ThePriam3 Yeah. All over the place. They didn't use to do that. I want to know what changed and why? These reports never name the judge. That borders on irresponsible. Makes the system look bad, while preventing any corrective measures. I can't imagine what good could come from it. Maybe someone can explain that? Regardless, I expect journalists to foresee things like that and do the work. If they're not able/allowed, say so. Else they're part of the problem and need to be addressed. If you want 4th estate respect, you do 4th estate work. Or take your ass to Hardy's.
