The "BAD-APPLE OFFICER" registry program should include "YARD SIGNS" as they do for sexual predators!
BAD-APPLE REGISTRY should be publicly visible ONLINE, for the safety of every community taxpayer and their families!

Let me educate law enforcement and public on the concept of fight or flight. It’s proven that the body when under stress from you either fight or run from the danger. I’m sure the law enforcement should prefer the criminals to run rather than battle them in the streets. I’m just saying….
