      If you're white,I wouldn't be shocked with the statement you've made. White people and their minions can't stand it when the ORIGINAL PEOPLE win. Always trying to defy physics...ain't happening. Black man wins and now you want them to run in reverse and placing him last. . Not happening playa 🤣🤣🤣 Black mem/black women are winning. Get used too it!

      @@Mankind-ik4ie what you just said could possibly be the most unnecessary comment in existence. Everyone on this planet knows the shere speed and stamina of the kenyans. This is not about race. This was the fastest mile ever ran the video was not clickbait. But we are merely stating the fact that you can run faster and easier downhill. We are talking about all the runners. They all ran a sub 340 mile still. They would all run a sub 4 if it was a straight away im sure. And the race would have been the same the place wise. The kenyan would have won still we are just stating that this time cannot be compared to a mile on a track.

    True: This is the fastest mile a human has ever run.
    Keep in mind though- It was downhill with no turns. I still think the real fastest mile ever ran was on a track that is flat and exactly 1600 m. which is by Hicham El Guerrouj who ran it at the Olympics in a time of 3:43
    Fun fact: 1600 meters isn't a full mile, 1609 is

    • @19Kamau79
      @19Kamau79 7 лет назад +9

      There is no mile at Olympics. Hicham ran it at Golden League and they always started 9 meters before finish line and it's actual 1609m measured from center of lane 1. It's possible to run slightly less if staying from start to finish on inner part of lane 1.

Now add 10 more years of serious a goal directed training along with a certain amount of natural ability and you get miles under 4:30. Sub 4;00 miler are in a different category.

    You can tell is was an older video when some costumed idiot gets into the race and no one does anything. He did have some great speed and I doubt any police officer could have caught him until he tired. Of course in the USA these days you would get 850 years in prison for a stunt like that, if they did not just shoot you.

      They wouldn't shoot you unless you were black

      Fetty Pebble Nobody shoots anybody unless that somebody is pointing a gun back at them. The fact you'd suggest race as a factor makes you racist your damn self. Ironic, isn't it?

      Scary isn't it?! When you see average Joe on a treadmill trying to run at marathon pace and either gas out at 20 seconds or get launched off the back...
